One of the worst company’s to work for management doesn’t know how to run anything right there more worried about there social life out of work n dating coworkers… there main focus should be on the patients but it’s not sadly
Missed giving meals. Not what they said they were going to serve .. very poor choices.....lost clothes....lack of staffing
My Dad has been in this facility for Rehabilitation and i have to say, i have witnessed so much compassion the staff has for the Residents.
I have been a visitor as Sierra Vista numerous times and every visit has been a delight. From the minute you walk in the front door it feels like a home. Courtney, the administrator has chosen people for her team that really compliment each other and you can tell they are there for the right reasons....to take care of the residents. That speaks volumes for the type of leader that she is. The building is very clean and the residents that greet you always have a smile.on their faces and you can tell they are well taken care of. I highly recommend Sierra Vista to take care of your loved ones when families can no longer face the challenges of declining health issues and need help with the transition into the next stages of their lives. Kudos to the entire team at Sierra Vista and the administrator Courtney for the compassion they have for all their residents.
Transport- Lynda is very reliable, friendly, skilled and cares. Good coordinating multiple trips. OT&PT- Milli, Carlie, Theresa and Andrea- Wonderful and skilled, very caring and flexible. I saw them work very well to coordinate care and I appreciate the problem solving to achieve results for my wife. Facility- clean, age of building shows, but isn't a measurement of care. Management- I really appreciate the flexibility of the management team, it's impressive. They run a friendly staff and organization. Communication is very good- We are not just a number. Staff- Nurses, Food Service, Cleaning Staff, CNA, Assistants, Susan, Cora and everyone.... ALL very friendly and caring. I appreciate the updates and personal care for my wife, like the special treatment for her hair and keeping her from being lonely. Food- Good and balanced- some great meatloaf and shrimp alfredo. The pork isn't our preference. When Susan, ST, is there, she really helps! Overall- I'm glad my wife is here. The location is very important. The excellent staff, friendliness, cleanliness, caring and my wife's improvements are the most important things to me and they outweigh all other factors like a fancy building.
Tried to volunteer my time here and the staff was extremely rude. I can only imagine that this is also how rude they are to their residents
Well, besides my clothes disappearing in the laundry , yes they replaced them, then they started disappearing again. Yes they were replaced again . Then the people in charge came up with a plan to pick up my clothes daily, do an inventory, bring them back inventory them daily. Well this plan is ok if people will do their job. The thing they want the laundry kept in is a open laundry basket, the smell after a couple of days is bad. Not having clean shorts to put on and having to sit in a pull up adult diaper in not dignified or respectful. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, please keep looking
Courtney the administrator is absolutely amazing. I have seen a big difference in daily opperations since she started. She truley cares about her residents and staff. Staff morale has never been higher lately! Courtney is always willing to do whatever necessary to ensure the safety and satisfaction of everyone in the building! The social workers and nurses are also extremely helpful in helping families and residents navigate their options through COVID, and ensuring they get the best phsycosocial support.
My Mother was very well taken care of around the 1st of July. They treated her as if she was their own Mother. I am very grateful. You are all awesome. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!
I would never recommend this place my mothers 2nd anniversary is coming up. They took out mother away from us . The people here do not do their jobs. Like us their is so many people out their that we put all our trust in them and they dont take care of our love ones. She was only here for a week just to come out and go stairt to Hospice . So please for your love ones make sure you do the research first. I cant believe their is places le this.... So sad and very disappointed.
