I had been going here for 5 years until I moved. Love this place. I always saw Dr Rebecca and always felt heard,  cared for, and comfortable. She took everything I mentioned seriously even though I was dismissal of so many of my symptoms because others made me feel like they were no big deal. I learned a lot about my health too. Thank you!

I am new to Vista Healthcare. The staff is wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. Starting with the ladies at the front desk all the way back. I am not new to Amber Masse, I called her old location to get an appointment to find she was not there. So I made an appointment with them. I regretted that decision as soon as I walked in the door. So I tracked down Amber and as always, she took the time to listen and walk me through all she was thinking. I do not live local, but she and the staff are so worth the drive.

I am absolutely obsessed with Vista Healthcare! The women there nurse practitioners, nurses, phlebotomists, receptionists, etc. are amazing, SO kind, and truly care about your mental and physical well-being.  I personally see Marquee Ricks and so do most of my friends! I went in once for a quick appointment to get a sleep study recommendation and it quickly turned into the best medical appointment I’ve ever had! The nurse and Marquee asked if I had anything else I wanted to talk about so I mentioned a few things about my weight overall health I wanted to figure out and we talked about all of them! Then the topic of my last pap smear came up and she said “If you want we can do one now since you’re due for one and then you don’t have to do a separate appointment!” So we did a pap smear right then and there.  When I left that appointment I couldn’t help but cry because I felt so heard and seen like I never had been by a medical professional before. I came out of that appointment feeling so hopeful and ready to figure out my health! I’ve been on a wonderful health journey for 2 months now and am feeling incredible.  Part of this journey included a fasting blood draw/test and I was a little bit nervous and the phlebotomist was incredible and so nice! I wish I remembered her name but she was so kind, understanding, relatable, and great to talk with!  Every woman I have recommended to or has been seen at Vista has absolutely loved it. I have heard great things about all of their providers.  I don’t have enough of the right words to describe how incredible Vista Healthcare is! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I was really really disappointed with my experience after reading all the amazing reviews here. I saw Amber Masse, the whole appointment was extremely rushed. I didn’t  feel heard at all, and she jumped right to insinuating that my issues may be a result of my husband cheating or being dishonest. I understand they need to get as much information regarding sensitive topics but my issues stem further and have a deeper historywhich she didn’t ask about or give me a chance to explain than an extremely unlikely std. It was incredibly frustrating and I left there feeling very disheartened.

I've been going here for almost 3 years straight now. Dr Jeppson has changed my life upside down and helped me pave the way to finally feeling humane and healthy. The nurse Sheryl is extremely nice too and all of the staff there are so so welcoming and friendly. One of the best medical clinics I have tried that's truly worked for me.

Wonderful family practice clinic. The staff were friendly and attentive. Rachelle Jones was knowledgeable and took the time to go over variety of options. The billing lady was experienced and very helpful, she was quick to offer to contact my insurance for me and get all the answers. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return with my family here! If you are looking for friendly, kind hearted people to take care of you, this is the place. They did NOT have any signs that asked patients to leave a review in exchange for a gift, I just felt like leaving this review because of how impressed I was with the entire Vista Health team!

I really enjoyed my experience here. It was definitely way better than my experience at Season's Medical at the Women's center here in town. I felt like all of my questions were answered well by Marquee Ricks and she made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was clean and happy. The staff I met were very nice too. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I am a mental health provider in the area and take referrals for medication management/consulting for my patients very seriously.  I have always been pleased by the care and services my patients have received from Vista Healthcare from both Becky and Rachelle and always hear patients report things like this after they visited with the providers at Vista: "I felt like I was truly listened to and valued.  I had a great experience."  They do a great job with follow-up appointments as well to make sure the care they provided is helpful.  I always feel comfortable suggesting/referring patients to Vista and would highly recommend!

I have been attending this place since 2020 and Dr. Jepson has been the best. She cares about me and she has helped me in so many ways. I feel in peace that I know where to go for my concerns.

I have absolutely loved Vista health care. The doctors are amazing. I have seen both Dr. Rachelle and Dr. Rebecca and they are fantastic. The nurses have also been wonderful, especially Hailey I’m not exactly sure on the spelling of her name. She has always been so kind and helpful the last couple times I’ve been there! I want to find out her last name and her social media because she just seems so fun hahah I want to be friends with her! Anyway, love this place. They really take care of their patients.
