I feel deceived and not listened to. I had bad stomach aches for months and saw Dr. Hopkin. He was friendly but I don’t feel like he really listened. I told him I’m celiac but he was suggesting later that I eat stuff like bread. The part that I’m most annoyed with however is that he told me I can call his office anytime to ask questions and that it is FREE. I am from Canada and I had no insurance, and the doctors visit was a whopping $200. What I did not expect was when I had a follow up call over the phone, to discuss the results of my samples all he did was tell me the whole time why I shouldn’t go back to Canada to get medical help and why the Canadian health care system sucks. He didn’t tell me anything useful about what I could do to make myself healthier. Then I had to pay another $200 just for that conversation over the phone, which I had understood wouldn’t cost any thing. I feel very deceived and not helped at all. I won’t be going again.

Needed to get some Disability papers filled out and they asked me to come in at no charge to help fill them out and when I got there, it was them insulting me how to get it through my head that the forms should have been sent to only 1 primary care physician I see all the time and I've only been to Hopkin once. Well I see about 15 different doctors and not a single one of them is going to know everything going on with me because I have too many health issues so yeah just 1 to make a case isn't the correct answer but hey thanks for shredding my form and having me come in to "help fill it out at no charge"!

Had 2 visits with them to have knee problems checked. During my second visit, after having a x-ray and mri done, they said that there was nothing they could do. Months later, after I had already moved out, my old apartment got a bill for $60 out of the blue. They charged me $60 to tell me nothing.

I walked out of my appointment with this office so happy I almost cried! I've had a lot of bad experiences with doctors but these people are amazing!! They made certain I felt listened to and they addressed every one of my problems with so much care and attention to detail. I am so grateful for their amazing kindness and expertise! They've really given me so much hope :

Dr. Hopkin is the only doctor out of the many states I have lived in that I absolutely love. He is kind, compassionate, understanding and it is easy to see that he LOVES what he does. I would recommend him to anyone! It's so hard to find a good doctor, but Dr. Hopkin is amazing! I went to him for 3 years before we moved out of state again, but he's so great I would be willing to fly back just to keep him as my doctor! He delivered my first born as well and every visit I had was a good experience

Very upset with this office. After visiting, my insurance didn't go through so Upper Valley tried to contact me. I moved addresses so they couldn't mail me and they apparently called me a few times but since my voice-mail wasn't set up, they stopped there I looked over my call log and I didnt see any missed calls. After months of the bill sitting they outsourced the debt to another company which then charged me interest, and damaged my credit score, and was a tedious process to resolve. I'm upset because this could've been easily resolved by a text message or an email. Why wasn't it?

This is my OB’s office. I highly recommend Dr. Hopkins. he actually cares unlike the ER here in town. The doctors at the ER kinda treat my problems but they treat it like every one else’s. I have HG or severe morning sickness. It makes my life a living nightmare, but Dr. Hopkins is always there to listen and he makes sure I get fluids and makes sure that I get enough. If you think you’ll need fluids at night, save yourself some money and go to his office instead. When I went to the ER when I was almost over covid they said they couldn’t give me fluids unless I was basically dying. Let’s just say Dr. Hopkins and every other medical personal I asked if that was a thing gave me a strange looked and said they seriously didn’t give you fluids ?? I’m still on a constant uphill battle but I’m glad Dr. Hopkins and his workers are my advocates in this constant battle.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hopkin. He and his staff treat you like family, do their best to squeeze you in, and are more attentive than any other doctor. He was the first to detect my mom’s brain tumor the first time… AND the third. He knows his stuff, and usually knows what you’re in for before you even tell him. A+++ forever!

Hopkins is a great doctor. I have been seeing him since i was a baby and he is now seeing my babies. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. The staff there is always so nice and willing to help the best they can. Love going to them. I recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Hopkin is amazing with me and my son! He delivered my baby and although I had a complicated birth, he made it way more comfortable for me and he knew just what to do to make sure that the baby and I had a safe and healthy delivery. I trust him and his opinions when it comes to the health and care of my son. I 110% recommend Dr. Hopkin to anyone. He’s the absolute best!
