This place was amazing. line crews were super attentive and efficient. Even though I was in a lowly skyhawk they gave me the full treatment. Fuel was very reasonable for a bravo airport. Facilities were immaculate and well-equipped. This place will definitely be on my return list.

Guy in front desk needs to be more nice, he was on the phone for long time, never said: I will be right with you or something, looks bitter bold in his 30s. He needs improving in customer service. Issue was on 4/21/19 at 4.00 pm

The staff both at the desk and the ramp are friendly and helpful. The facility is modern, well-laid out, and clean. It is easy to access and park. The best FBO across all of the Tampa Bay area airports.

One of the best flight experiences I've ever had. When you arrive you are greeted and asked if you would like anything drink, food etc. check-in process is a breeze and your pilot is waiting for you. Porters take your bags from you and promptly load them on the aircraft. Took a total of 10mins from check-in to wheels up!

Over the past 10 years I've flown in and out of Signature Air Tampa at least once a year. The customer service and attention to detail has always been excellent, until last week. The young man at the counter, I don't know his name but seemed to be in his thirties and bald, was extremely rude and condescending to not only me, but another family waiting on a flight. I can deal with efficient indifference, but don't be sarcastic. He oooozed, "I hate my job, I don't like people and I don't want to be here. He complained to a pilot that he was stuck working with a trainee. I stood at the counter, directly in front of him for over 6 minutes while he typed sesh on his computer. He never once looked up to acknowledge me or tell me he'd be right with me. He completely ignored me like I was invisible to him. He walked away two times, talked to a pilot, came back to the computer and continued to not only ignore me but another family that was now standing behind me. I'm patient and just needed to give him the tail number of the plane I was waiting for. Finally, he looked up and just starred at me and said NOTHING. I gave him the tail number, he typed into his computer, looked up at me and said, "don't see it on my screen, NEXT"! I said wait a second, I was notified the plane should is here, can you check again? He then said SARCASTICALLY, if the plane was here I would know about it, it's not here. I moved aside to let the family behind try their luck with the guy and texted the pilot to let him know I was inside. Mr. Wonderful was not any kinder or helpful to the next family. He actually told them, we're busy if you hadn't noticed. Wow! If this guy hates his job so much, he needs to go work somewhere else. BTW - I don't usually complain, but this guy represents Signature, and he was so unprofessional and rude someone needs to address his bad behavior quickly before he does some real damage to the business. I know I don't ever want to deal with him again. I'll fly out of St. Pete Clearwater next time.
