Silver Baron Lodge

This is such a beautiful location. I love the views, the hot tub, the staff, and the space is so quiet and clean. It was perfect for business and leisure. Rooms: The rooms are cozy.

Great location. Less then 10 min walk to the lifts but have free shuttles. Also use the DV Direct app. It's basically their own version of Uber that will take you around as needed free of charge still tip ur driver Rooms: Great sized rooms for 2bed 2 bath w kitchen Walkability: Less then a 10 min walk to the slopes

I enjoyed a taste of this hotel great breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here.

Gorgeous hotel views. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the slide is a fun touch! McKenna at the front desk is awesome and so helpful, and the complimentary ride service is the best. We haven’t had to drive anywhere!

Silver Baron Lodge was top-notch. We recently took our first ski trip ever and chose to stay in Deer Valley - and couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. The staff at Silver Baron was extremely helpful and friendly. Jennifer, Hannah, Morgan, Marc were all so nice and made sure we had everything we could possibly want/need. From the incredible views, to the breakfast buffet and apres ski social hour, it was by far the best vacation ever, and our expectations were exceeded. The rooms were spacious and bathroom and large stand-up shower were a great bonus! Shuttle service was fantastic and the short walk to Snow Park was a nice way to take in the views even longer. I HIGHKY recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Next time we’ll be sure to bring our swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub unless we splurge for a room with a private one!.

We were excitedly surprised! The 1 bdrm was great like staying at an upscale cabin out in the woods. The room was very clean. Emily was the best! Hooking us up with connections to dining, spa, area attractions, etc. Thank you so much for having usRooms: 5/5

We had kind of a weird stay here. We came the last weekend in September and got a 1 bedroom suite. The entrance of the hotel was a little odd - there's a small pullout on Deer Valley Drive in front of the lobby, but it was blocked by a bus and we had to park in a side lot and walk over to the entrance. Maybe it is different in th winter but there weren't any signs so we were a little confused. The suite was great and had a private hot tub and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and other basics - we thought it would be perfect to spend a week here on a ski trip this winter. There is also an EV charger if you have a Tesla you need to bring your own adapter. The reason for only three stars is that our room was not cleaned thoroughly at all. There were cleaning rags left on the kitchen counter, a hairball in the shower, and an unflushed toilet. Based on the other good reviews it seems that this is not typical, so maybe it was some kind of rare oversight, but it was enough that we were a little skeeved out. We considered changing rooms, but it was late and we were tired from traveling and didn't want to go through the hassle of switching. So overall everything was good except for the cleanliness, and unfortunately that was enough to leave a less-than-stellar impression and I don't know if we will consider Silver Baron on our winter ski trips.

We got a room a couple weeks ago for a little Father’s Day getaway. Sadly the power went out the day before our stay and ruined their AC. The hotel didn’t notify us until we complaint about how hot the room was, their solution was to switch to a different room or give a fan. Since the AC wasn’t working in the entire hotel we chose to get a fan...they gave us a broken fan. Our night was miserable and our 5 month old couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat and the broken fan being loud. The pool, location and the view of the mountain were amazing but were those worth a terrible night? Nope. I’m so sad because I thought we had found the perfect getaway spot! Hopefully the hotel management will reach out to try to make it right.
