Silver Star Resort and Casino

False fire alarm at midnight. Woke all the kids and no apology or explanation. AC sucked in room. Room was small and outdated. Food was great in restaurant and slots were hitting pretty good. Bonus bets have been lowered and are way too low compared to money put in. Kids had fun at the pool and cabanas were nice.

I love this place as far as the machines. But the rooms should be updated and give you more options. The town is small, but if they put more shops and restaurants in the casino people would come there more. They need to bring the Arcade back for the kids. We have been coming to this property with our friends who live nearby. Mostly for tournaments and see our friends. People are very nice and helpful. Rooms are upgraded since the first time we stayed here. We were happy with our vacation all togetherRooms: 4/5

My family went to see the band playing. The bands name is "No Idea". There from New Orleans. They play a variety of songs that are sure to please. We had a great time and we will be back in November to see them again.

Good, clean, friendly environment. Music loud enough but not too loud. Waitresses came by often offering drinks, food is good, machines pay out alright. The catwalk is nice with flat escalades. I always enjoy going.Service: 5/5

I have enjoyed my stay! The room was very nice! I'm from Texas, I Loved the Food at the Golden Moon! That might not be the right name of the place, we had to go to another building to get their and use the sky walks, or escalators , but the walk was well worth it ! I must say! Rooms: I like the rooms! It was nice and clean and I love the fact that it doesn't have a bath tub! Thanks for that! But I still do miss my microwave and fridge in the room! When I am going to be staying for about 5 days! This hotel really does need a all the can eat buffet here!

This was the worse casino ive ever been to by far and ive been from the East coast to the West coast and several in between. If you wanna just throw your hard earned money down the drain fast then by all means put this down as a stop on your next trip. The fun factor here is below zero. They could atleast let you hit alittle bit here and there and then take all your money instead of taking it all at one time with no hits.

I’m on the Silver Star side and the room for a casino hotel should be much cleaner and nicer. It could pass for motel 6 quality. Rooms: Most hotels that are in casinos are really clean and nice. The room I got was nasty. It has the dirty and questionable should I sleep in here feeling.

I am a sufferer of an obsessive compulsive disorder, so I need my bathroom clean daily, and I know that as a result of the pandemic, some places aren't doing this. But even after contacting them and stating that we needed the bathroom service, if nothing else, it took almost 8 hours to get someone there. And then I had an incident in the bistro restaurant in which I had been standing there for 15 minutes waiting to have someone come out and take a to-go order and one of the servers ask me what I needed I answered her and instead she took another person in front of me who had just walked out of the restaurant dining area. When I questioned her on this, her response was it is easier to check out someone than to take an order. That makes no sense to me whatsoever because it ended up taking her 10 minutes while they were trying to figure out how to work out a discount when my order took two minutes. I am an avid gambler who likes to go around the country to different casinos, but I will not be going back there ever again. That was my first trip and definitely my last. Disrespect I would never tolerate. Rooms: Room size was adequate but room service needs to be picked up a bit. Food & drinks: Need a couple more restaurants in order to give some more choices.

Dinner at Phillip M was amazing, room was super nice, and the staff is super helpful. It felt like such a bargain, we left a donation in the casino. Overall great timeRooms: 5/5
