This is by far one of the best pharmacy's that I have ever dealt with. The pharmacists are awesome and very personable. They are always quick with my prescriptions and are always so friendly when answering any questions I have. I highly recommend them!

The owners at Silverheights Pharmacy are the most caring, knowledgeable and personable professionals my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Everytime we walk into their store we are always greated with a smile. They know who we are and ask how we are doing and how things have been since our last visit. They genuinely care about you and your well being. We have yet to experience such impeccable service anywhere else. There family oriented approach to how they treat their clientele is what sets them apart from every other Pharmacy.

Fantastic pharmacy, great customer service, very clean store. You cannot compare the customer service you receive from Silverheights Pharmacy to Shoppers or others. The owner actually cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. If you live in the area and currently use Shoppers, I would strongly recommend this place instead.

My family and I absolutely love this pharmacy. With exceptional customer service and convenient operating hours, we are never disappointed. We are happy to be able to support a local business in our community and encourage others to as well.

The pharmacist is extremely helpful and friendly. The selection of non-prescriptions medications is extensive and reasonably priced. Having a truly local pharmacy is a breath of fresh air after using a pharmacy that is part of a large grocery chain. I now have peace of mind knowing that I get personal attention and will not run-out of vital medications.

I don't usually give out 5 stars but this is an absolutly legendary pharmacy. They remember me by name and they make what you want happen, without any stress or pressure. They know how to work around insurance when possible. I hope they stick around because I absolutely love coming here for all my pharmaceutical needs. Shoppers used to be my go to but it's hit and miss depending on the pharmacist. Just save yourself the headache and transfer your perscription here. Apparently they have free delivery within Hespeler!
