This place is amazing. I highly recommend. The campsites are clean and the two we had were nice and private. The amenities are great. The mini golf is a ton of fun. Make sure you bring floaties for the lake, it's the perfect temperature right now for relaxing.Rooms: 5/5
I checked in to a deluxe tent site on a recent motorcycle trip through the area. The check in process was seamless, I arrived after the shop closed so I just picked up the folder with my name on it and headed to my campsite. The view from the site was pretty nice overall, and I found that I had plenty of space at my site. The picnic table came in handy as well. My main dislike was the shower facility. I understand charging for showers, but at least provide some way for patrons to get change for the machine. Arriving after office hours it didn't seem like there was any way to get change, nor was there anyone to ask. There was also no information on the restroom bulletin board on where to get change. It turned what could have been a great experience into a meh experience.
We were the first family to stay in the new bell tent and it did not disappoint! All the fun of tent camping, but without the hassle of setup/takedown and with a comfortable bed and seating options. There was more than enough room for our family of 3. It was toddler friendly. The tent is positioned right next to the lake with a beautiful view and conveniently located near the bathrooms/showers. All facilities were clean and stocked. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!
My husband and his family have been coming here for 30+ years. I have been coming for 13. Every year our son looks forward to coming and staying at the lake. He loves it there and loves the fishing. We were greeted with very friendly new owners. They even came around and asked if we had garbage that they could take. A couple young men on golf carts thanked me for picking up after my dogs because a lot of people I guess don’t think they need to. We had an incident where one of the kids was hurt and staff was down at are area so fast trying to help in anyway possible. I don’t know if they heard the child but it seemed like minutes we had someone there that had first aid. It’s nice to know that they cared and were there so fast. They have a nice little wing set area and it’s kept up very well. I spoke with people cleaning the restrooms because they smelled amazing. They told me they cleaned them 3 times a day. I find that so awesome considering some places might do once a day. We are looking forward to being back next year.
First time staying here, and it is well worth the stay. Very clean bathrooms with showers, wonderful views all around, beautiful lake to relax on all day, and very nice workers! Not to mention the awesome mini golf course! Definitely planning to come back!Rooms: 5/5
This resort is so beautiful, the views are seriously gorgeous. The grounds are well maintained and it’s so peaceful. The spots are really nice, plenty of space. They have a couple of docs for fishing, a swimming area, a little store which is very reasonably priced, and even a little playset for kids. Everyone we met was super nice and really helpful. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this resort. We are definitely coming back next year!
Silverline is a amazing place to camp and fish. The new owners are very accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They have improved the place by adding boats, kayaks , paddle boards and bicycle boats! The store is fully stocked with everything you may need , including beer and wine! There’s even a playground for our grandchildren! There is a mini putt putt golf to enjoy for all ages just for $10. There are 3 docks that are easily walkable from all sites! The campsites are well kept and give you ample space to spread out. The shower house is nicely kept even with hot water! Very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends! If you’re looking for a fun relaxing campground that you don’t feel like you are in a state park with all the rules and restrictions, Silverline is the best spot in Winthrop! We love it so much we now have made reservations for 8 days next year! Prices are below the KOA , or any hotel. Wish we could keep it our little secret but want others to enjoy all the awesome amenities! Don’t forget to grab your Silverline swag! Nearby activities: There’s a walking trail right next to the resort that overlooks the lake to enjoy the scenery. Food & drinks: East 20 pizza is just in town and serves gluten free pizza and beer! 3 fingers jacks bar is always a favorite along with Sheri’s sweet shop also is a must!
Hands down the best campground in all of Washington. So much to do, unbelievably clean, fantastic amenities, and awesome owners! Definitely a must-visit if you want to visit and experience Washington. The campground features both tent and RV campsites with full hookups, not to mention all of the various watersport activities that you can rent to go out on the lake. Great scenery as well. Love this place! Dog friendly as well! Nearby activities: Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Food & drinks: Beer, wine and various drinks sold in the shop on site.
If you're looking for a nice place to camp, this is it! The staff is friendly and helpful, the sights are beautiful, and the bath house is always kept clean. We spend at least 4 days there usually, and never get bored or tired of the place. Just make sure you bring the bug spray!
We had a large group of us decide to go camping and we remembered this resort from our last camping trip 20 years ago, and you will not find a better camp resort! It offers a little something for everyone. Fishing Tent or RV camping Swimming Paddle Boat, kayak, water trike rentals Close to town for your teen looking for those perfect “scene” photos for their Snapchat Relatively quiet after dark And more! You will not be disappointed if you reserve your spot today!
