I was very pleased with my rabbit Max first visit. First thing I was running a bite late and office was more than understanding still willing to see us there was no needed to reschedule. Staff was wonderful doing everything to keep out pets safe and healthy. Max was a little scared because this was his first appointment but the staff treaded him with respect and handled him every well showed him there was nothing to be scared but. Dr. Cougar was outstanding took the time to answer all my questions regarding neutering Max and how to take care of him after surgery. She really likes to get to know all about your pet’s day to day life. It’s hard to find a good vet and more a rabbit vet. I am every thankful for this team and looking forward to all Max visits with them I 100% test them with my baby’s Max
Dr. Cougar provides compassionate care to our anxious, allergic, and car sick pooch who despite his ills, is happy once inside this wonderful vet's office. Staff are all top notch and skilled medical services are provided at a fair price.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. They were very caring as my cat was very scared coming in. We were in and out of the office within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to any pet lover. Thanks again.
I needed an emergency appointment the day of, called about 10 other locations before someone recommended Simmonds and this was the only vet willing to take my 3 month old sick kitty. I’m so glad I found them! They’re all so kind, compassionate and take their time with your appointment. They’re also very affordable. I’ll be taking my cat here from now on!
Dr. Cougar and her staff are simply the best! Dr. Cougar and her team has taken care of Lucas since he was a tiny pup, and has always been patient, polite, and answered any and all questions I had.
Dr. Cougar is very nice and has been very good with our 'vet-shy' dog and 2 senior cats. The staff there are all friendly and very knowledgeable. With each visit, we are starting to feel more 'at home' with our new Vet. Dr. Cougar and her staff are thorough and efficient yet friendly and compassionate. I've used 3 other vets over the lifetimes of my various pets and Dr. Cougar is truly the best one of them all. I highly recommend this small, well outfitted practice!
