They botched my left side and I can barely eat from it! I got my teeth fixed because they had a crack and the original dentist wanted me to pay out of pocket somehow yet I’ve insurance. They put white cement somehow instead of the black one but they didn’t balance it well, my teeth felt sensitive. I went back after 3 was to fix the problem and when I went to fix them because they were not balanced, the dentist responsible for surgery took over for the initial procedure told me to ask for a different dentist when I visit next time incase he doesn’t do a good job! Can you imagine that?! Guess what, he did a bad job again and I’ve to go back to “get them fix!” These dentists are money hungry! I feel disable because I can’t even eat from that side and it’s been 4months!
I had a terrible experience at Sinai Dental. The owner, Mr. Sinai, has a terrible attitude and lacks knowledge about dental care. When I asked him questions about my treatment plan, he talked down to me and made me feel stupid for asking. He was also very rude and dismissive when I expressed concerns about the pain I was experiencing during the procedure. In addition to Mr. Sinai's poor attitude, the service I received from the rest of the staff was also disappointing. They were disorganized and seemed to be rushing through their work, which made me feel like I was just another number to them. Overall, I would not recommend Sinai Dental to anyone. The lack of respect and knowledge from the owner and the poor service from the rest of the staff make this place a total nightmare.
Terrified of the dentist, so I gave them a heads up that I am very nervous, and to be honest I'm very glad I came here. They kept asking if I was okay, told me what they were going to do next, and I felt safe. Had my fillings and a root canal here and glad they took care of me.
First time trying to make an appointment and horrible experience the receptionist or whoever she is bad attitude as soon as I heard the tone she tried telling me I don’t have to get upset like huh? I was Very confuse by her comment!
This dentist are very wonderful and caring people I got a few fillings ,root canal and extraction I didn’t feel no pain I will definitely come back ! Thank you again for helping fix my teeth to gain my confidence again.
I called to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted. I have blue shield insurance. The woman at the desk blatantly lied, saying that they could not confirmed my insurance because the insurance office is closed on Saturdays. I went to another dentist the same day, that confirmed my insurance without issue. Sinai Dental has terrible customer service and is a lazy, money hungry business. If you need dental work done, I highly suggest going to a different dentist. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.
STAY AWAY. Most dental insurance plans allow one cleaning per year... DON'T WASTE IT ON THIS PLACE! They don't actually clean your teeth unless they can charge your insurance for a "deep cleaning". I scheduled a normal check-up and annual cleaning. After x rays and the fastest inspection of my teeth I have ever experienced less than 2 minutes, they recommend a deep cleaning and then polish my teeth without ever scraping any plaque off my teeth or checking my gum pockets. The insurance requires confirmed with insurance yesterday them to send in gum pocket measurements to approve deep cleanings, so if they're sending requests to insurance but never checking the patient, where are they getting the numbers from??? making them up... cause its a scam. I asked them why they didnt use the tools and cleaning procedures every other dentist has used during a cleaning my entire life and they got all defensive... "Every office is different" they said lol. It's a joke... Why would you lazily polish my teeth without cleaning them? thats like waxing a car before washing... makes no sense. BOTTOM LINE: They do the absolute minimum so they can charge your insurance and put in a request for more expensive procedures. STAY FAR AWAY. BTW: I had 0 cavities This is how its going to go: X-rays, super fast inspection of your teeth, recommend
For someone who has dental anxiety about going to the dentist, this office has put me completely at ease. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work with your schedule and can get you in fast in case of an emergency situation. I recommend their practice to anyone looking for a friendly dental office who does amazing work.
Wow when I tell you this dental office is amazing! Then I mean they are amazing! I had a supper experience at this dental office I called them I got a appointment right away, when I got there the stuff was very friendly and helpful, I saw the doctor at time and they did a check up and explain to me very clearly what procedure I need! I’m really satisfied and I can say I find my dentist! Thank you Sinai Dental group.
Its truly saddening when dentists and doctors are looking to gauge patients for unnecessary work. I called to make an appointment and explained I already had xrays taken a few weeks ago. They insisted that the new xrays be taken. There is no good reason for someone to take two sets of xrays. There is a reason we wear protective sheilds when xrays are taken and the technician leaves the room. This doctor seems to need that extra reason to charge me and my insurance company to line his pockets? No thanks!
