It was an okay experience but I more than likely won't be going back. The arcade was super small it looked bigger in the pictures online. There were maybe 8 games max. And pretty much every one of the claw machines or prize machines were rigged The go carts were the most enjoyable thing about the whole visit. The putt putt course looked cool as well but we didn't venture out to it. All in all it was an okay place but do not go out of your way to make a 1+ hour drive to this place because it's not worth it in my personal opinion.
That place I went to one year ago was fun as heck. Like an amusement park or something like that. It was a public park and arcade that I had fun that year for 2021. I got to ride the electric karts around and raced with other people with me and I get all the power ups I can and scored over 30,000 points in a real life racing arcade game called power up kart racing. Kinda like Mario kart for some reason. I played baseball by hitting softballs at slow pitches and a brisk 50 mph pitch. And I hit over the roof pretty decent. I’ve never so much fun in my life, I was here with my dad in November or October, of 2021. Somewhere around that time period. Thank you for my experience. It was worth my time!
All in all my family had a good time. But for what it is it is way too expensive and way too small for the prizes that you get. It is too hard to get tickets on any of the games. But don't get me wrong like I said it is a fun place. The go-karts we're the best.
A lot of memories come from this place. I remember loving the go karts, the arcade, and of course the golf course! Although the same attractions are there from many years ago and they have aged quite a bit. But we thought it added to the nostalgia and some were actually quite funny to look at. When we went, it was peaceful and others in front of us and behind us all played at a good pace. It's a fun place that anyone can get something fun out of it, I know we did! We will always be back and hopefully our kids will too!
Edit to add that before the "owner" comments under this review with one of their generic responses, YOU are the problem. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you have employees who are attentive and friendly. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you either have a fully functioning establishment, that YOU are charging people for, OR that YOUR website is up to date with closures before people waste their time and money. Such a huge and expensive disappointment. This place used to be great fun for the whole family, and now I can't understand why it remains open. Half of the attractions are either closed down or have been removed completely. It will cost you 200$ for a family of 4 to play Putt Putt golf. The course itself is incredibly run down, none of the holes are marked, it's a cluster. Everyone who works here is absolutely miserable and they'll have no problem letting you know that. No one wants to be there, do not expect them to "work". There is no longer a snack bar, laser tag, VR, slick track. You'll get putt putt, a VERY slow race track, and an extremely outdated arcade where the majority of the games are marked "out of order". For the amount of money that you'll pay here for nothing, you can take a nice drive into the Smokies and have the option of several updated and clean Putt Putt courses. I also recommend avoiding the restrooms if you come here as you might catch hepatitis or worse. The city needs to step in a shut this place down, it's dangerous and condemnable at best.
Everyone was very nice. This is a fun place to spend a couple of hours with the kids. I just wish the water features like the fountain and waterfall on the golf course were working. I am a little sad we didn't have time to do the 2nd mini golf course. We went during the day when it wasn't as busy but I imagine it is MUCH better at night with all the lights. Either way, I'd still reccomend stopping by for a little fun and then refreshing with one of their many Slush Puppies from their refreshments!
A bit run down but fun. It’s great that they let smaller kids do the go karts too 6 year old son at a slower speed, he loved it. Mario Kart style go karts is the best idea!
Truly excellent mini golf course! I was afraid the other reviews were fraudulent No. This this was life changing mini golf shifts the paradigm for course design. Each hole will change the way you think about the game! Fantastic. $10 for 1 course $14 for both.
We had my son's 13th birthday party here. He loved his time there. Their selection of attractions was terrific. Although arcade area was small and limited. His favorites were the go-karts and the 360 laser things. Actually, my husband and the other dads loved the 360 laser things too. The bigger guys were happy they fit in the units and they were able to flip upsidedown with no issues. My only real complaint was the A/C and seating options. It was super hot that day August 2022, and it seemed like the air was barely running. The party room was very warm and kinda small for the amount of guests we had. I believe there were three long tables with like 5 chairs for each table. We had 13 children plus parents and grandparents. After we were done with the party room, there was only like 4 chairs across the whole indoor area. But service was nice and decent. The place was very clean. Pricing was acceptable. I remember going to Sir Goony's when I was a teenager. It's kinda cool they're still around, but with a few new updates
Went today to celebrate my son's 9th bday and was upset that my 5yo couldn't enjoy the majority of the "rides" and my 9yo could drive the go karts but at a low speed. I was surprised that there were hieght and age restrictions on all the rides as none of them are listed on the websiteand trust me I looked EVERYWHERE online before we went. It's written all over the website about "family fun" and "fun for everyone" but the lady even said that it wouldn't be worth it to get my 5yo the $25/2hr deal. She suggested us adding on a go kart pass for him and letting him play in the arcade. I wanted us all to be able to participate in all of the fun together. My husband even took off of work to participate and we just ended up having to leave with disappointed kids. I'd suggest being transparent and adding your ride limitations on your website to give families with young kids some clear expectations. ETA I'm happy that the restrictions were added to the site. We'll try again in a few years when the youngest is a bit older or for a one on one with the oldest. The rides really did look fun.
