Very cool party session the first part of Saturday our grandson's bday amongst several others. All the folks seemed to be having lots of fun. Even some of us older folks decided with mixed results...but no ambulances needed to try skating, though it's been a while. Thank you all.
This is a very family friendly place. It's a safe environment for children and adults. The staff are customer oriented. Even though the building is older, the facility is clean and in good repair.
Thank you Ace and Jeremy for all of your help with my skates falling apart tonight. My 3 kids and the kids in our group had a great time and everyone we met there was really nice. Kind of embarrassing to fall after 3 years of being off the floor and 75 additional pounds, but you guys made it feel like a natural thing and no big deal. The rink was clean, the music was good, the bathrooms were clean, and we all had a good time. Told you I'd leave a review. I do wish I'd taken some pictures though. Next time.
Went here for an afternoon play date with some friends who are in town. We have three children under the age of six and everyone had a wonderful time, including grandma who has in her mid 60s. Everyone felt like kids again and will definitely be back.
I had a reservation for a birthday party there today. My decorator was outside and the door was locked. I was told by the manager David, that let people in early. I have screenshots of her texting me asking about the door being locked. So when she was told to go to one table. She went there and started setting up and then was told that she was at the wrong table. Then was told to just take this table.There was a party that had 4 tables on one side and then another party on the other side. When I approached David he was very rude and disrespectful. Even after talking to me on the telephone and knowing this was a surprise party for my 13 year old. I I informed him that I would just pay for the children to skate. He said no it's fine you can just leave. I have had so many parties there because I have 4 children and never has this happened. This is the worst treatment ever!!! It makes me feel like a bad mom because all she wanted was to go skating and I wanted to make it spectacular and DAVID dropped the ball .
I love this place. I have done two birthday parties here and both has been great. Affordable, clean and fun environment. Kids had a blast
Great fun here. Attended a bday party here. Kids and adults loved it. Not crowded on a Saturday either. They have food, snacks, and games as well. You can also bring your own skates or roller blades.
Music selection is mediocre but doable. Skate floor is decent. However the speakers and their sound system seems busted! One moment, a song is playing loudly and then the next few songs are whisper quite, and then a song is played with volume again; no consistency. Also, the DJ booth is sometimes unattended and so the same exact song may play back to back or when the repeat is playing and they realize it, they suddenly try to cut to another song. Or sometimes there are longer than needed gaps between songs, and you’re just skating around with no music. The round cloth seats that you sit on are dirty/stained but you have to commit to mind over matter. The younger workers seem helpful but the older man and woman just seem like they came to just collect the fees and give a subpar experience. I wish they would realize that they could gain more customers and a better word-of-mouth reputation if they stop approaching the business in a nonchalant fashion. It could be way better.
Well well. First let me start off by saying I haven't in so many years that as soon as I got on the floor I bust my tail . But it is a nice place. As for the food not much to choose from. So they could do better. Music is on point. I had a lot of fun and will go back again. Hopefully next I would've gotten my groove back
