Not the best trampoline park. It feels very crowded. The layout is not well designed and a lot of space is unaccounted for. Unlike other trampoline parks that allow adults to jump and have a good time this one is extremely restricted even after paying to jump. The stickers need to be replaced with stamps or wrist bands. It is only okay.
Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Was very crowded the day we went for a birthday party. Prices reasonable. We let's the twins play for 2.5 hours after the birthday party was over. I like that the 'referee" associates were looking out and making sure nobody was doing anything that violated the rules, because it's easy for little ones to get hurt while grown ups and teens are jumping and doing back flips. Some people act like they're the only ones jumping and are totally oblivious to who may be right beside them or behind them. I really like the different sections of trampolines, and a basketball area for kids to try their dunking skills. The kids has a great time. Wish there was more random seating near the trampolines so I could keep an eye on my kids. Good music played the entire time and a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
Had a great time. The line was long but we got through it swiftly. We bought socks, UV shirts, and 2 hours of jump time. The prices are reasonable. We were able to spend some time jumping with the lights on and then they turned off the lights and we jumped in the UV lights. My daughter had so much fun. The music was questionable for a bunch of kids with adults peppered in. Even my daughter said a few times, these songs are inappropriate. The staff was friendly and safe. The staff asked if it was our first time and told us the rules. I saw the staff implementing rules and keeping younger kids safe. The establishment was clean and it's great the lockers are free. Alex at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He deserves a raise. Can't wait to come back and jump again with my family. We all enjoyed it.
We had our sons 8th Birthday party here and had a great time. All ages loved the jumping areas and the favorite by our group was the foam pit where you can just jump in!! Very well organized and staffed for safety. We also use their party assistant and she did a wonderful job of setting up and running the party!! Very helpful, friendly, and eager to help…our son loved his party!! They did an awesome job all the way around!!
Fun at the beginning, but after 45 min a lot of people started to loose there stickers. This is because they are not stick well. The people that work there very rude and had no manner. His words were " get out now, you don't have a sticker". After that we started to defend him saying they are not sticky enough and he stared to ball his fist, and started to get closer to me and my friends. So we all when to the front told them what happens and this really kind man gave us another free sticker. this guy was so nice and actually cared I would rather not go back with how mean most of the workers there were.
Staff is rude. Constantly coming up to you telling saying you can’t be doing this or that when you clearly see others doing it. If they aren’t telling you what you can and can’t do they are just standing around talking not paying attention. Also full price for a 1 year old. $80 for 2 adults and a 1 year old is kinda of expensive considering they make the 1 year old stay in the toddler area. Waste of money in my opinion.
The kids had a blast! There was something for all of the kids to do. My kid really liked the pit. But she and her cousins teamed up for some dodgeball and competed with each other on the obstacle courses. They all tried to dunk a ball in the basketball hoop. Wearing masks while jumping and playing was not real great, but everyone was compliant, so that was nice.
Worst trampoline park I’ve ever been to the workers were so strict with everything fun about a trampoline park! And one of my big issues was it’s hard to get out of the foam pit and they YELL! If you can’t get out if you have two year olds or younger it’s fun 3 and up better find a different place to go.
The owner was absolutely amazing and allowed my son to leave with a red dodge ball he became obsessed with while we were there for Little Jumpers a couple of Saturdays ago!!! It may not seem like a big deal to some but to my son it meant the absolute world! Thank you again!
My grandson is a kind and quiet guy he loves sky zone, I personally set and watched 2 boys belittle him and act as it was nothing to pick on him and they bragged to the workers that they were doing so. And until I approached the workers while the young boy was still laughing it up. the workers finally paid attention to the situation and step in and detour any further problem. The boy causing this problem was just being a bully and I thought we are supposed to be beyond that . Kids have enough to deal with in there every day lives than to put up with other kids acting like this. Thank you to the workers who did step up and do something.
