Eat and enjoy the race's Definitely a great way to spend the evening if you are big into horce races of just want to try somthing diffrent during an evening out on the Charles Town

As an attendee for an event being held here, I enjoyed the morning view and friendly staff. Walking through the smokey casino I thought it would be the same at the event but it wasn't. The facility was clean.

Went here to try something new. It was nice having dinner and watching the horses run the track. The food was very good and well prepared. The French fries were fantastic and clearly hand cut with a great taste. The Terrace Burger was also very good and juicy.  The smell of cigarette smoke knocks this down a star but does ever so slightly remind me of the smell of a bowling alley in my younger years.

We visited the Skyline Terrace last evening, 1/10/20.  The service was good; however, we really missed the buffet.   They were doing menu service for the Winter.  There were only a few meal options and only two sides.  The mashed potatoes were flavorless.  We had to add our own butter and salt/pepper.  The salad/dessert bar remained outstanding.

Enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner! For $18- the dinner included all you can eat soup, salad and dessert. Also included was one plate that had stuffing good, mashed potatoes good, turkey great, green bean casserole not that good and sweet potatoes souffle wasn't brave enough to try it. Nevertheless, overall the food was good, not sure if I will do it again. Not sure if it can meet Thanksgiving expectations, but it was worth trying. Depending on where your table is located, the view of the race could be perfect!

The food was average as I expected a little better for a venue with this environment and pricing. The waiter, Bob was outstanding. It was our 2 year olds birthday and we went to see the horses. He brought her a cupcake with a candle in it.

Rob was our waiter. He was knowledgeable fun and entertaining. Everything you want in someone who's helping you out. The food was terrific and were able to make changes as needed. Very accommodating. Horse racing, dinner and  a show!

Had family from out of town and was completely disappointed with the food at the buffet. Over cooked , dry , and cold even from under warming lights. Seasoning was non existent. Must say though the service was wonderful, staff was friendly, personable and professional.

Skyline Terrace Restaurant is located in the Hollywood Casino in Charlestown WV.  The Saturday evening buffet offers a great variety of hot and cold items, including Crab legs, Shrimp,  Prime rib, chicken etc.  Salads and fruits are also available. The Dessert section is extensive with cakes, pies, cookies etc. Service is excellent. You can have your table for the evening. Worth a visit. Shout out to Bonnie our server.

Very enjoyable experience. Had the buffet and ate way too much. Watched the racing action and came home with some extra cash. Our server was terrific. Looking forward to going again!
