It took me 9 telephone calls to successfuly get a follow up appointment scheduled with the staff at this clinic. They billed my insurance from my initial clinic visit nearly 6 years earlier and not the current insurance company with whom they needed and obtained pre-authorization. Return calls are not existant. This place is a real mess. Have patients and willingness to follow up or seek treatment eslewhere is my opinion.
The director of their facility ex-Dr. Kevin Gleeson is a drug addict who was made to surrender his medical license on April 16th, 2016. Yet this lab continues to promote him as their Medical Director on their website as of Sept 14th 2017. I sure as hell hope they are not using his "unprofessional services" as he was deemed to be unsafe and unfit to practice medicine due to drug addiction issues and numerous violations including HIPPA law violations where he accesses personal and private information of people who are NOT his patients.
