My fiancé and I came into the store set out to take part of the Memorial Day special of 50% off one of sleep numbers flagship models. Craig greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, and took us to find our “sleep number”. From there he showed us the bed on special which we came in for. We quickly found out the bed on special was too soft for our liking, and he took the time to show us each model individually and find what our perfect mattress was. He had no hesitation to spend the time with us to make sure our experience and mattress choice were nothing but top notch. His customer service is excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go buy one from him.
We had a very good experience at the Lady Lake store. Very informative sales presentation and low pressure. Looking forward to getting our bed.
The sales associate was very knowledgeable and interested in finding a mattress to suit us. He was both patient and practical.
Update: we really like our bed 4 months later. Still hate the experience as stated below, but sleeping well. Our experience started out well with Kathy as our salesperson. Loved the store and was looking forward to getting our bed. We agreed to the delivery and pick up of our old bed and the financing of the bed. Then the nightmare began. They delivered our bed but didn’t take our old one. Said they’d be back latter that afternoon after they unloaded more beds. They did not. 2 weeks later, they finally did. We live in The Villages in a Villa and that was a real problem for us. During the sale process, we worked out the financing at the store, then a month later, they took the entire amount of the sale out of our checking account. I’d call that steeling. Overall I hated this experience! They inconvenienced us and we’re not even remotely respectful of us or our time. We will not be doing business with them ever again. But, Kathy was great. Added note to Sleep Number. You have my name and number. Feel free to review our issue and give us a call. Asking your customers to call you is absurd and not customer friendly.
Our salesman, Skyler, is very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us! We didn’t purchase a bed on our first visit but when we decided to make the investment, we returned to give Skyler our business instead of stopping at another store or purchasing online. You don’t come across people like Skyler everyday and we truly appreciate him! We are so excited to get our Sleep Number bed!!
Hopefully you’ll be fortunate enough to have Paul as your salesperson. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was funny and made spending over $10k not so traumatic. Paul didn’t try to upsell us on the most expensive bed, he wanted to find the right comfort level for us. We have been Sleep Number bed owners for over 13 years and it was time for an upgrade. Thank you Paul!
Purchasing our sleep number bed 360 was a pleasant experience. The showroom and personal were professional. The first 9 months of having the bed was great, especially for my husband and his back issues. The responsive air stopped working. Service technicians came out and reset the bed, the did mention it could be the compressor. They sent a new compressor, installed it today and then had my husband lay on the bed, it immediately made adjustments. We both decided to take a nap an hour later, no responsive air. I called back support. Basically they’re saying the bed doesn’t always make adjustments. That wasn’t the case the first 9 months. It worked great. We’re very disappointed after making a sizable investment to have the product defective not even being a year old. No one from this company has any answers.
I can truly say this was one of the best customer service experiences my husband and myself have ever encountered when making an important purchase. Kathy was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining every aspect of choosing the correct mattress to suit our needs. Not one time did we feel rushed even though she was at the end of her shift. She is truly a great accept. Thank you for allowing us to meet such a kind person with the customer's needs at heart.
Felt very welcome, even though the store had many customers this past Labor Day weekend. We browsed and eventually a Rep came to us and introduced us to the Sleep Number bed and all its features. We were very impressed, and, therefore, after two hours, finally sat down and signed a contract. We openly talked to other buyers in the store, and many were second and third buyers wanting to upgrade their ten year old beds. Our visit was very satisfying and we now await the delivery of our bed on the 19th of September.
Our sales person was awesome . Skyler S showed us around and we got to try all the different beds. We actually had a great time, plus learned about all the new things on the beds. Our old Sleep Number is 18 year old and we have loved it, but it has seen it's day even with our up grade on it. Skyler S is a asset to your company. He is not overbearing or a pushy salesman. The Sleep Number also sells itself.
