Sleep Telemedicine Services

Of course the bed at the sleep center was comfortable, but it was also nice that I felt secure, and comfortable. Mona, my technician made me feel comfortable or as comfortable as you can be with someone attaching wires all over your body when getting me hooked up for the study as well as in the morning when unhooking me. This was my second time there, as I had the study done a couple weeks ago and the most recent appointment was for the machine fitting/setting. I highly recommend the center!

Great facility! I was greeted by Mona, my tech, the minute I got there, and though I went in feeling anxious, she was quick to call my nerves and make me feel very comfortable. Very professional and clean facility. Highly recommend.

I was rather anxious going into my sleep study, and once I arrived I immediately felt better! Mona was wonderful and knowledgeable. She walked me through every step of the process and addressed all my questions right away. I didn't need anything during the night, but I knew she was just a button press away.

The scheduling staff was very communicative with me. They called to let me know they were notified of my doctors request and was awaiting confirmation from insurance. They later called to help schedule my appointment and provide detailed information about how my visit would go. They sent me a video analoging the events which made me feel confident about their service. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. My assigned technician, Alex, was very polite and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Although I had some complications with the medical equipment due to an allergen to rubber products, Alex stayed calm and showed much patience with me. The sleeping accomodations itself could use some additions to make it feel more comfortable. The beds felt great, but the blankets were pretty thin and rough to touch. There was a fan, TV, and lamp in the room, but I didnt use them. The walls seem pretty thin as well and I could hear people talking and a child crying while a mother yelled to try and call him down. The staff apologized for this and was very strict about the lights out rule at 11pm so taht helped. Although this was my first time ever going to a sleep center, I think overall I would still recommend this place.

The tech Mona was a most kind lady. She took good care of me with letting me know everything she was doing. She checked on me throughout the night with care and thoughtfulness. I would recommend this location for anyone.

The staff Tony was professional and friendly. Everything was great with him. The beds are like sleeping on the floor. They are way too firm, therefore, I dozed off for about 10 minutes during the night. For that reason I would read this facility 1 star

My experience at sleep telemedicine services in orlando was excellent. Clean and peaceful modern surroundings as well as a welcoming and attentioned reception and care. A plus.

Having done a sleep study about a decade ago not a good experience, I was a bit hesitant to try it again. This time, both sessions were seamless: the techs friendly and responsive, and made sure I knew everything going on and was comfortable with the procedure.
