Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park

Me and my family personally live in this park. The landlord's name is Dave. We have only been here a few months but we absolutely love living here. Very clean very well-kept maintenance guys are on top of everything. As soon as we report an issue it gets taken care of. If the owners of Sleepy Hollow a reading this thank you. If you're considering living here it's very peaceful and family-friendly.

It's a quiet place and there are a lot of families and elders around which feels a bit safer personally. The trailers I've been in are in nice condition and all the lots are pretty tidy, easy to maneuver around and also the available trailers for rent or own are quite affordable and definitely an option I'd look into.

They are willing to go all in and trust people. They always there when you need them. Their maintaince crew does a lot of extra stuff to make sure everything is good. It's really close to V.A. hospital and the SSI office and close to anything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Dave does not care if your in good standings or if your credit is good. You don’t even put an application in for them to let you know if your approved.

Dave is a great Landlord. I highly recomend renting from him. All his units come with washers and dryers!

I have been staying with a friend here.. it's pretty quiet and is nice..

Very rude he will hang up the phone if tell him something he don't like
