HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LANDLORDS. They will lie and say they are part of Cimco properties but they aren't There is black mold that put my 8 week old son in the hospital and the owner put a showerhead on incorrectly and my son was scalded. I've contacted them over and over about this and they wont return my calls or texts. Be aware of these people and do not rent from them!!! We went thru a very hard time financially about a year and a half ago and she put an eviction notice in my door on Mothers day so we went to court and the judge thought they were ridiculous bc we have always paid our rent and had a plan to catch up which we did very quickly when we got on our feet. Take my advice and live somewhere else. They are very dangerous
