Always friendly and take the time to explain new prescriptions. I could maybe save a couple bucks driving further but I'm happy to pay for the more personal service.

Sloans deserves Five stars My terminally ill mother has had recent medical condition has warranted several follow up calls from the pharmacy staff who have done an amazing job on their end. I am grateful for them to call and let us know the process to seek the medic device that she needs through the insurance process. They went above and beyond. That is why I choose to use my hometown pharmacy!
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that is willing to work with your insurance companies to get things filled hassle free. Perscriptions that are not covered have always been well priced. Fair and friendly local business.
Worst price gouging I have ever experienced Sloans charged $242.28 for fluorourcil prescription which is available anywhere for $50 see good RX. They refused to correct the price gouging when politely contacted several times! I rarely complain about anything, but I think this is important information that needs to be provided to protect seniors who are being taken advantage of at this pharmacy!
Awesome team! They know you by name by your 2nd visit and go above and beyond to help you. Huge selection of unique gifts as well as the staples at a pharmacy. I’ll never go anywhere else!
This is the first year I am using this pharmacy. I and have had nothing BUT great service! This includes in the store itself, Obtaining my Scripts in the the Pharmacy and Drive through and questions I have had that I called Sloan's on the phone about. So far my medications have cost me less, a lot less despite my yearly cost for their program going up compared to my previous Medicare Program. The medication cost plus the monthly premium still make my Medication cost less expensive. I am paying less than $50 for one of them, that in previous years in January. The cost was over $400 at a big name pharmacy; no generic available. Sloan's is still less expensive compared to using Good Rx. All of this is great being on a monthly fixed income !! Would I recommend Slonans pharmacy and Medical equipment Drug Store to others ? YES ! A 10, out of 10. A 10 being the highest rating. I do expect this to continue. AND being new to the area, I did not realize how much closer than the previous pharmacy Sloan's is. If I missed something about Sloan's please text me back and I will gladly answer any other questions.
I started going to Sloans Norlanco at the age of about 25 years ago. Then I moved and had to switch to the Sloans Mountville store. However, Tim, Jake, Ericka, Ben and Austin do such an amazing job at Norlanco where amazing. Well now it has been about 7 years and things are going great at Mountville. I don't know everyone’s names but I know their voices and smiles. The Mountvillre office is just as wonderful as Norlanco. Now not to forget the delivery drivers… They are amazing. They go above and beyond to be sure you get your meds on time with a smile. All Around Sloans is the best around why go anywhere else!
I have been going to Norlanco pharmacy for 9 years. The staff are amazing,caring people. They take time in helping with questions and purchases. I also rec my 2 Covid vaccine shots at LCBC, which I was so happy how smooth it went, and it was very quick. I would recommend Sloan’s pharmacy. I give them five stars .
In all the years that I’ve had to visit a Pharmacy. Sloan’s has to be one of the most friendliest efficient pharmacy in my History. They don’t treat you like a “number or another dollar” They give you the time and the knowledge that you may be seeking at that giving time. I’ve never walked out of there unhappy or uncomfortable about a medication. They really Give you an a family friendly experience!
