We just had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at this Slumberland in St. Louis Park. Tim helped us. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and no pressure. He answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. Can hardly wait for it to be delivered! I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a mattress or any of the other furniture lines carried there. Thanks Tim, great experience.

Bought a couch a few weeks ago and love it. Laid back environment with enough time and space to decide without being descended on. Delivery option was convenient, and the delivery people went above and beyond on getting my furniture into my home - even fluffed the pillows before leaving.
Good service. Tim King was helpful and patient while I was deciding on mattresses. Showed me a variety and knew product/firmness and explained differences and what might be best for me.
My experience was great today with Tim!! I have been shopping at Slumberland for years and they never let me down! 6/13/23 Until now..... Update: 7/24/23 Initial review was made based upon my service when ordering my bedroom set. I was told delivery time would be between 2 and 4 weeks. In actuality delivery time will be a total of 6 weeks. I am frustrated with this process. I moved in to my town home a month ago and have been sleeping on the floor. Would have been nice for slumberland to be transparent and letting me know the time could go beyond 4 weeks, I could have made other arrangements. There is still another piece that I am waiting for that may be 7 or 8 weeks before arrival. This is very frustrating and stressful. I had a small balance that I was willing to pay anytime but was told I didn't have to yet, Now they've pushed my delivery date making me the blame for delay when there wasn't clear communication. I have paid now and delivery date is still pushed.
Terrible service!! I’m writing this review from the store parking lot. That’s how upset I am. My boyfriend walked in. No one greeted us. We spoke to the guy at the counter and he look at us and said nothing. We walked around and looked at several sofas for around 10 minutes. A guy came from the back and never bothered asking if we had been helped. Even though we saw things that we liked we just decided to leave. Clearly we weren’t welcome there. I would never spend a dime in that place.
Tim gave me a great deal on a set of plant stands! They helped my plants reach the sun coming through the window. Great customer service, I felt relaxed and supported while in the store.
We received excellent service from Tim King! He made us feel special and was professional in listening to our needs. We would recommend Tim and this location to anyone.
