Umm… could positively tell you to at least never work there b/c it will be an awful experience and the pay is terrible.. most of the bad reviews about SBR’s seem accurate on here. Company is disorganized as ever. President is a quack, Doesnt care about his employees or training them properly, which eventually takes its toll on the customers who do business with SBR’s. His dog comes into the office and pee’s all over the floor almost everyday. Lol if you’re looking for a company who can supply vending services for your own business, i would highly recommend utilizing another company. As for the positive reviews, probably only b/c those customers make the business more money, so they are first priority. Just a guess tho!

You walk to the vending machine already depressed that you're cheating on your diet as well as spending $1.00 for a $0.30 bag of pretzels. Oh what's this? The machine is fully stocked? This NEVER happens, what a lucky day. You insert a dollar, nothing happens. Well that's fine, you've come to expect that from a Tri State Vending machine, you have a pocket full of quarters. One after another they spill out unaccepted by the machine, which is now taunting you. Good thing you have an ace up your sleeve, you swipe the credit card. Success! It's accepted! Punch in C6 for a bag of pretzels. Nothing happens. The machine stands unconquered. An obelisk to the idea of snacks and commerce, but forever just out of reach. You return to your office, your diet intact, yet your will power shattered. You are unsatisfied on every level because somehow a company which makes it impossible for you to give them money still bafflingly stays in business.

Great people, great company. We are very happy with our decision to use Smart Breakrooms. Our lunchroom looks terrific and the employees love the new micro market. Thank you!

Never fully stock our machine. It’s impossible to get some anyone one the phone and when you do they say will take care of it. Going on three weeks with our soda machine still not stocked.
