Recently visited this Vitamin Shoppe and I had to write about how spectacular the service was. My husband and I came in to inquire about a good pre-workout and protein powder and Christian C. attended us. He was so knowledgeable and patient in helping us to find a product that best fit our lifestyle and fitness needs. He took his time and took it a step further to explain mechanism of action of each product in the body which helped us even more to make a decision. Highly recommend this Vitamin Shoppe and will be shopping here again! Thanks Christian for making it a great experience.
Went in this afternoon on my lunch break to purchase my normal protein, and felt very uncomfortable when I brought the item to the register. The cashier who waited on me, who I actually believe is one of the managers proceeded to attempt to push me into buying one of their own products that was on a promotion by asking me to taste test a sample. After I declined to try the sample which in hopes that I would then decide to purchase that product instead of the one I was originally intended to purchase she then acted as if my business was not appreciated since I did not conform to her sales attempt in order to most likely gain commission or help her store's bottom line. I previously worked in the customer service industry for 16 years in all facets from clerk to Management and that was HORRIBLE customer service, I understand associates have a job and have to tell customers about promotions but it felt like a very forced attempt which I do not need to deal with when I am making a purchase and giving the store my money.
I did not like the service. I asked a question about a product that I wanted to buy, that seemed to upset the only employee who was there.
Great store employees always eager to help and answer any questions. Great selection and prices seem cheaper than other stores with the same products. Always have a sample of a product to try out. Overall great place to shop.
I have been going to this place for 15+ years. They have everything I need and the employees spend a lot of time answering my questions. They exceed my expectations. An awesome place for living a healthier lifestyle.
I love this place every time I go there and every time I have a question they have a answer and if something is not good they tell you there honest vitamin shoppe keep the people there and business will always be great
Great place. Great employees that are happy to help! One thing is, ordering for pickup was not working but that's not a big deal.
Stood there waiting a few minutes for someone one to help me at the register but was ignored so i left. One employee was on the phone looked at me buut totally ignored me and the other employee calmly stated they were going on break smh.
Watch Dave Chapelle’s Pop Copy skit. They must use that for their training videos because the customer service is awful. Went to GNC instead.
Heavenly place!! From vitamins to hair products for women of color. They've got it all!! Worth the visit!!
