Customer service was awesome from start to finish. Cathy was very knowledgeable and friendly was able to answer all my questions and never made me feel i was asking to much if you know what i mean. If you ever need a storage unit hopefully they have one available for you. Area is clean and secure.
Im writing to inform your office of the excellent service of your office manager Warren. There was a problem in my unit that he quickly took care of, cleaned and disinfected. I was impressed how eager he was to help and how polite he was it made the whole experience so much positive. I came away very satisfied and feel confident with who I am storing with.
The facility is well maintained and the staff especially Warren is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
I had a bad experience with another storage place, then I found SmartStop. Everyone was very friendly & nice. Sign- up was a snap. Everything was done in a few minutes. I got a little larger space, for a great price. So happy I found this place.
I have been a customer for several years now at SmartStop Self Storage and Cathy has always provided me with accurate information and friendly services. Their prices are very competitive and they keep their facilities clean and free of rodents.

Cathy is amazing! She knows how to treat her customers. She is very knowledgeable and very informative! Very professional and friendly! It makes you feel better knowing someone who cares is watching over your stored items!
Cathy was really kind and explained all the steps they take to make sure my items are safe and secure. She was very patient with me and walked around to show me several units until I found one that worked location and size wise. She was very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this storage location over others.
