It is an older storage and one of the elevator wasn't functioning when I visited. The location and area is nice, but the price is a bit higher than other locations especially when there isn't any temperature control in the storages. Some staff are friendly, but not as knowledgeable.
The experience was wonderful, Dave made it super easy. He explained everything, walked me around, and guaranteed the space that was assigned to me was exactly what I needed. Great experience. Great location. Great people. Moved out to move into APU campus housing. The move out was easy and personal. Thanks to all.
On a hot summer day like today Dave has made our day easier, super friendly and knowledgeable made me feel at home. It's only a few places that you find people like that. I definitely recommend this place and their staff for their storage space needs.
Evelyn is the absolute best! She is helpful and efficient and was able to go the extra mile to make my experience a good one. Will definitely use this place because of her!
On august 4th I came in desperately in need of a storage unit that I could move into the same day. Dave Garcia graciously helped me out. Offered me cold water and in less than fifteen minutes later I was rented a unit that was easily accessible and felt more than secure. In the last two weeks I've been back and forth taking things in and out of my unit but now that situated I would like to say thank you very much to Dave and covina self storage for assisting me quickly and kindly during a difficult time.

Just went out today with my wife ! Had spoken to Evelyn prior to going and all I can say it was a breeze of a service with no hassles ! We went Evelyn gave us a tour of the place and provided us with in person visual of the different size lockers to see which would really suit us well ! All were really so affordable and the property is very welcoming ! Everything was straight to the point and she was very professional about her job ! We love it here ! Both Evelyn and Dave are great and very welcoming !
I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the office to me placing my lock on my storage unit. Dave was kind, and patient with my 5 year old daughter who is quite energetic and chatty! I truly appreciate your assistance throught the process, and the ease of switching to a unit with drive up access. I was able to park and take my time to comfortably organize my unit in peace! Thank you again Dave, I hope more people will be guided to Covina Self Storage!
Dave was the best. He helped out in every way. Gave me an honest opinion on what size unit I had because I estimated way too small lol but he steered me in the right direction. If you come here rent from Dave, he’s the real MVP!
