The worst cut. My sons hair is AWFUL!! I was in there yesterday to get my sons hair cut for school. I told the lady he hates his hair spiked. She spiked it. I didn’t say anything, paid and left. but when we washed it out later that night… I saw why she spiked his hair - to hide the fact she over cut his hair on one side. It’s so bad!!! So bad! I would have rather she said she made a mistake, they happen, and fix his hair to blend it all in. Even if it was shorter, his hair grows fast as it is! I’m so mad she hid the mistake and had me still pay and walk out. I’ll be calling tomorrow to get a refund. She knows she messed up.
This salon is in my neighborhood, and i have yet to get great customer service. Every time i walk in, they don't ask, "Can i help you be right with you?"So i have walked out plenty of times, and nobody seems to care
my family had gone here to get a haircut, my dad and two brothers and they went in and got checked in and waited to get serviced. As they waited other people would walk in and ask for a haircut and they would get serviced right away and my dad went up and asked why these other people were getting serviced and not them and they lady at the counter said that’s not her problem, like yes it is, you’re the one that works there and you should be serving everyone especially if people don’t have an appointment it should be first come first serve not pick your favorite people and make people wait.
I went in for regular haircut. All I wanted was my head shaved... 0 clip. I got charged for a shampoo and cut because I had a little sweat and lady wiped my head with a small towel. No shampoo at all. $12 haircut cost me $22. She got no tip for overcharging me. Never going back there again.
My wife strongly advises: Don’t ask for the owner. She spends more time in talking to and guiding her employees than paying attention to her own clients. Left me sit for ten plus minutes twice and took over an hour for what is usually done in 20 min elsewhere. $ 40.00 for poorer cut and service than I can get anywhere else for $ 20.00 to $ 30.00....
Husband took 8 year old to get a haircut. She had hair almost to her shoulders and got a simple chin length bob. Her hair is baby fine..not thick. The lady Anna chopped up one side uneven as though she just chopped it in every direction. The other side barely looks touch. It is the most butchered hair cut I have ever seen. The only way to fix it will be to cut my daughter's hair up to her ears. I am furious and have only been offered for them to fix it..not to have my 13.00 back so we can go elsewhere.
New to the area, I scheduled a hair cut with a recommended, very pricey salon in the area. It was ok. It nothing special. When it came time for another trim I was shopping at Forney WalMart and stopped in the shop to schedule an appointment. Stephanie had an immediate opening and i LOVE the short, curly bob she gave me. The price and convenience were just an added bonus to Stephanie's super skills and attention. This place is a win-win for me and I see Steph every 6-8 weeks. So lucky to have strolled in that day a few months ago.
I took my kids earlier today and we had a blast. The stylists, Claire and Xotchil, did a fabulous job. My kids absolutely adored Claire!!! Xotchil colored mine to perfection!! 40/10 would go again!!
I had an appt for 945 and I wasnt seen until almost an hour later. But melissa did a great job and was very conservative with my hair cut to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I'll be back!
