So I set a appointment for a time then I get told the barber is not here and she will be in about 15-30 mins so I go outside to make a phone call, I was on the phone for 5 mins I come back in and the barber I had a appointment with is inside cutting some1 else’s hair. Horrible way to do business. Especially if I had a appointment set up ahead of time. If anything give me a courtesy call. Unbelievable truly unbelievable. And they have the Audacity to make me feel like I was one in the wrong. Also why not call me and tell me the barber is late to her shift

Every stylist I have ever received services from was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Some push the products more than others, but I've never felt put upon or obligated before. My stylist today informed me about the anatomy of beard hair and how to take care of it. Thanks Cara! Very happy with my hair styling!

I like your hours, and I like that you are convenient downtown Forney, TX.  Everyone is always friendly and professional.

I thought my Review was saved, but apparently not.  I just wanted tonedit my review to note that this was one of the best experiences I have had recently.  Cara, my stylist, was extremely professional and very polite and friendly.   I have been to other locations lately and it's usually 3 minutes in and out which is great sometimes, but when your stylist takes time to really invest in each interaction, it definitely elevates the experience.   I enjoyed visiting with Cara and the time she took to make sure I was taken care of in every way.  I was extremely satisfied with this visit and will definitely be back.  I think Sport Clips would do very well to make sure they keep Cara, and stylists like her, happy so they keep customers happy and coming back for more.

Dear sport clips. Please watch over your employees. We got FOLLICULITIS not only once but twice from this location,  from 2 different employees. 0/10

This sports clips is always on the ball... My stylist i use is very friendly and pofessional. They know what you want and like and are always there to make you smile. Go in and they will treat you like they have known you for along time..  They also know what you want if it has to do with your hair or products you might need..
