Great experience, great Doctor, great idea! I’m bad about going to the dentist so my girlfriend referred me to this office. Love the office and the office manager Amanda is the best! She just gets it and understands what busy people need and took a lot of time talking to me. She made this experience the best I’ve ever had! The doctor was not pushy she was caring and compassionate. They were busy but they had great music playing and they were all friendly even the Indian lady up front who offered me coffee and chocolates!
The dentist canceled my appointment after I arrived. Giving two stars because they called me 15 mins before, I was driving and left no voicemail. Super unprofessional. In terms of the quality of care, the assistant took numerous X-rays to get one correct scan in our first visit. Overall the team seemed inexperienced. I have seen other dentists, the average professionalism of the team is certainly below average.
Amazing dentist and staff! I’ve lived in 5 different states and can say hands down, this is the best care I’ve received. They work quickly and efficiently. Are extremely transparent and honest about services needed. I am always so comfortable in their hands and I am someone who would avoid the dentist if I could. Highly, highly recommend!
Very kind staff, helpful with any questions we had. Clean office with televisions and Netflix above the dental chairs, perfect for teenage sons! Dr. Brar is very detailed, nice and gentle. Definitely would recommend.
Today it was my last day in this practice so I feel like I can leave my honest review : I have been going to this location for a while and I truly adore the dentist and the dentist cleaning team! I’ve been there and treated 8 cavities, did couple cleanings, Fluor treatments etc on this past 2 years I’ve been going to this practice. When I went today something was off tho, the new people working In the front two white ladies acted the whole time as sales people and had that commission driven pushy vibe. The dentist said my teeth was good she just suggested a night guard because I complain often of sensitivity, the person that came to talk to me about the prices tho had a certain attitude about her that reminds me of mint dentists that care about profit more than people. Very condescending said my teeth had fissures and I would need crows if didn’t get this 500$ month guard. Today it was more crowded than normal too so I feel like that VIP treatment I normally get also that cozy neighborhood office feeling when people now you by the name and stuff was gone and the whole appointment was just rushed. Please bring this practice back to the old ways when customer service was great and people didn’t look down on you for refusing a 500$ month piece they will probably forget to put on. On the way out they tried charging me for a service I didn’t get, which I had to clarify I didn’t get it and they took it out of my bill but also the vibe the whole time was just off! Never had this issue until recently. Thank you for the care provided and best luck to you all.
Dr. Brar and her excellent care provider team made my first appointment a wonderful one. She recommended replacing my old teeth fillings as those were put on around 20 years back, was expanding and could crack my teeth. I agreed to replace and later, surprisingly, we found cavities were developing under the old filling. I am glad I chose Smile Craft Dental, none of my previous dentists even talked about those fillings. Dr. Brar also built to make up broken corner of one my tooth. Very much appreciate the team!
The Dr Brar and staff is amazing! Amanda the new front office manager is the best! I highly recommend 10/10 dental care and service! ***I had a dental emergency and Amanda scheduled me promptly and the doctor was able to treat me the same day which Im so grateful for
Dr.Brar and her staff are very friendly and caring. I have been going there for years and certainly will continue going for all my future dental needs. Dr. Brar is very thorough in the process and takes time in explaining any questions / concerns regarding the treatment. I am so thankful to the entire team as they have accommodated on urgent care needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Brar.
Dr. Kamal Brar is undeniably the best dentist in town! The entire team, from the staff to the doctor, exudes kindness and professionalism. Formerly anxious about dental visits, I discovered a newfound ease in their care. Their consistent offering of nitrous oxide has significantly contributed to a more comfortable experience. Furthermore, I must highlight the exceptional addition of Amanda as the new office manager; her excellence truly adds to the clinic's exceptional service. The staff and the Doctor are very courteous and professional. They did a great job on my wife. I wish they will accept HMO so I can join my wife under their care. We recommend them very highly.
