I’ve been taking my daughter to Dr. Whittington since she was 6 months. She’s almost 2 now and i love it here. He’s very nice very gentle and answers my questions without me feeling rushed. My toddler doesn’t particularly like the visits but will get used to them with time, however to eliminate fear Dr. Whittington shows her what instruments he is using how soft they are, and assures her there’s no reason for intimidation. He treats her kindly and you can tell he passionate about his work simply based on the patients it takes to clean my daughters teeth. The office team is very nice too, every time we come in they give a very welcoming environment. We will continue to visit here. Thanks!
The entire staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They don’t overbook, so we’re never waiting ages, and they keep the kids distracted/entertained during the whole visit. I also appreciate that Dr. Whittington talks to me about everything that’s happening with my kids’ teeth.
Both of our kids see Dr. Whittington and have been for years. He is amazing with them, as so is his staff. We love how he is not only a great dentist, but he also supports one of our kids and his soccer club! He is one of the best!
Dr. Whittington and his staff are wonderful! My son was extremely nervous during a procedure to extract three teeth. Dr. Whittington was so patient talking to him to calm him down, explaining the procedure and comforting him. Thank you Dr. Whittington!
We’ve had two visits so far for my 2 year old and I’m so thankful for Dr. Whittington and his staff. He is amazing with my toddler, who is of course still anxious around people he’s not used to, but is able to make him feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, very grateful for this practice.
Dr. Whittington gave my 13 month old baby a phenominal first dental experience today! He spoke to her as a fully dignified patient about all of the instruments and left her less curious and more calm and collected for when it was time to exam and clean her teeth. He was also forthcoming with thoughtful sensitive information that was appropriate for our needs to empower us to maintain her oral health. He had also thoughtfully differentiated the physical space to meet her baby needs.
The clinic was very clean, the hygienist was super nice with my kids. One thing I didn't like was the TV from the very start. The moment my kids put on those ear plugs they were not present. I am against screen time and I would of preferred the option. My kids were like robots laying watching TV and people working on them without telling them what they are doing. I was a bit disappointed in that.
Dr. Whittington and his team , they are amazing. Dr. Whittington is kind and always takes his time to explain everything and to make the kids feel comfortable. I have a daughter under the autism spectrum and he treated her with kindness and patience. Thank you!!
Dr. Whittington and his team are amazing! We have been seeing Dr. Whittington for 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Whittington Pediatric Dental and Dr. Whittington to anyone looking for a superb pediatric dental team.
