I’ve had such a great experience with Smile Orthodontics, Hinesville location. Chastity did my de-band today and she was extremely thorough with the process. She did a wonderful job ensuring all of the glue was removed properly.

No individualized personal service. It's an orthodontist assembly line. I was honestly just told that the reason they don't fix issues when they happen and you simply wait until your next appointment because they are overbooked every day. Go to a private practice.

I have been a member with the Smile Doctors community for 2 years now, the ladies at the Hinesville location are always so welcoming, nice and willing to answer any questions that I may have. I can tell they value their customers and really want to provide the best results possible. And might I add the playlist is always a good vibe!

Yesterday I started my new smile journey with Smile Doctors, starting with the beautiful Tracy treat coordinator. Tracy has a welcoming understanding spirit which put me at ease with making the decision of my choice. Then there was a long dark hair green eyes young lady waiting at Tracy’s door for me to guide me to her chair so she can rock and roll, and name is Mecca! Tracy and Mecca was so excited for me that I forgot why I was there! Mecca has this amazing ball of energy in her along with being gentle! The whole time while she was doing her job she explained everything that she was doing, while understanding what I was saying to her even though I had a instrument in my mouth avoiding me to speak properly! Needless to say I am extremely satisfied and that’s a understatement with their performance! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT OFFICE TO YOUR SMILE TOGETHER DON’T HESITATE TO VISIT THE HINESVILLE LOCATION!!!!!

Absolutely the sweetest most patient people ever!! I had alot of anxiety about braces but they were very compassionate and walked me through the entire process. 10/10 recommend

The experience was great! I really felt like the Orthodontist and staff took their time and put forth immense effort towards my treatment. Which reflected in my end results.  Dr. Williams was amazing! Thank You all!

After finally paying off the bill, they now want to tell me that they want to take off my daughters braces and recommend invisilign which is another $1000 and will not put braces back on her because of brackets coming off and her “oral hygiene”. There was a lapse of time during COVID that I had to leave them due to financial hardship and when we started back up and I still owed half they had no problem putting them back on and only had  1 bracket that broke off since then. I feel like now that they got their money they don’t want to finish it. Not happy at all.

They were great until it came down to giving me my refund check for my son. They sent me a refund check in February in my sons name instead of mine. I called them soon as I received it and request for another check to be issued in my name since he’s a minor and the money came from my account. Well several phone calls later including one being placed just last week and it’s now June I  still haven’t seen a  refund. I wasn’t going to post this because they have really great staff and do a great job. However, at this point I’m aggravated. Maybe now once they read this maybe I’ll get my refund check in “my” name.  Update: 6/13/23 I finally received the corrected refund check.
