I have a terrible fear of dentists due to an incident when I was a teen. I get physically ill at the thought of getting in that chair.The staff at Smith Dental put me at ease immediately. I am actually going to finally have surgery to have my teeth extracted so I can get dentures. I am very nervous, but they have been kind and reassuring. While I will always be nervous, I have enough confidence in the staff to allow them to perform the surgery, and will have a pretty smile again afterwards.
I highly recommend Smith Dental to anyone who has had any past traumatic Dental experience. They are all so kind, understanding and gentle. I would not go any where else for my oral health. Great first visit and cleaning with Brooke and Dr Tischbein. As a provider myself, I really appreciated the attention to detail and the explanations throughout my visit. Really happy to have found Smith Dental and have my family be seen here as well!
They are very helpful and very nice people and they try to help with what every going on. Dr. Phil is always so nice and helpful and I can’t remember the lady name that was taking care of me but she is the best and so sweet and friendly she has took care of me before I really appreciate her!! New patient. Had appt for checkup and cleaning but had an emergency prior to my appointment. They worked me in the same day and took care of my problem. Everyone was super nice from receptionist to dentist. Actually looking forward to my "real" appointment to establish myself as a patient.
