I arrives 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was not greeted by anyone. To sign in there is a computer that you click your name. This mean all his patients names are displayed openly on the computer. They do not have copies of sign in paperwork rather they want you to print them at your house and bring them with you. After clicking my name I sat for an hour. I was getting up to leave when a man finally greeted me. Oh, I didn't see you in the waiting room he said. Then he ran my insurance and told me no one over 19 has dental coverage on my insurance. I told him I'm the only one on my insurance. He then told me that they didn't do what I was scheduled for that was fully explained on the phone. Moral of this event was this place likes to waste your time. I should have known this when they called me multiple times to make sure I was coming to the appointment. And the fact that on the first call they wanted me to add them on Facebook. Focus on your job and start caring
I would recommend my friends and family to come here. I have had my braces for almost a year and they have made my time in them really comfortable.
