Great prices, super helpful staff, the place is very nicely kept, and after one visit you will come back. They also have a large selection.
The place is over priced and while one or two are friendly, the employees treat you like a bother or know nothing about what they are selling. Last one isn't as big of a dealcould have been new but having to ask someone else every time I ask a question means I should probably be helped by them. Better places all around.
Once again Brad and Ayrton always are so nice and helpful they really go out of there way to help there customers. I highly recommend this establishment!
Used to be great. Now staff just seams to be irritated constantly. Thought they had great prices til I looked around. I'm sad about it

I am not a fancy cigar person- I just want an evening beer and smoke. I go here for the black label Factory Smokes robusto. I have had them numerous times and have always enjoyed them - you can't beat the price. The employees are helpful and nice.
Great selection and the staff is excellent here. Seriously best group of employees I've ever met collectively. This is the shop I endorse and that matters . *Edit as of December of 2018 I am no longer spending any money at this location. One particular manager has zero professionalism. Accusations without any proof especially when she contacted a family member about me are unacceptable. If their security cameras work Melissa decided to falsely accuse before checking them. Spent thousands of dollars just to be disrespected by someone who clearly should not be managing. Rest of the staff I have nothing but good things to say about, however it isn't enough to get the terrible taste out of my mouth. Thanks for ruining my holidays though with ignorance.
