Absolutely perfect. This location made the best angel food smoothie out of all the Smoothie Kings I've been to. Service was fast
I come here frequently. Their smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there has been some customer service issues. But unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I reached out to their manager for some assistance, due to an issue I had one night. And the manager handled the situation with extreme professionalism. That’s what makes me come back. Their products are beyond the best. And their manager is great. Most of the employees are terrific. But you can’t let one bad apple ruin your day.
The smoothie is always good and the store is kept pretty clean. Also pretty good customer service!! I love this place!
Great place to get a smoothie! I have been coming to this location for a few years, always good service and quick if you order through the mobile app. No issues 5 Stars!
The lack of enthusiasm and lack of customer service made my experience regretful. The young lady that was working behind the counter absolutely will not interact with my wife and I I'm so disappointed. I will prefer driving a few extra miles and get better service! My date of service was May 11th 2021 after 4:30 p.m. so hopefully the management will know who I'm speaking about.
First time in Smoothie King so we kind of took our time reading through the menu but the lady that helped me was very nice and patient and always with a smile. We chose the Pineapple Mango and it was delicious. We'll definitely be back, thanks!
I moved here about a year ago and tried this smoothie king right away. I had the most bland vanilla hulk I ever had in my life, it literally tasted like a frozen almond smoothie. So I chalked this location up as a dud. At the beginning of the summer of this year for some reason I went back, I figured maybe the people that work there have been rotated out and the quality had improved and the smoothies have been great until today. Now I’m convinced that it literally depends on who is working wether or not my smoothie will be good or not. But it’s literally a recipe! Just follow it and you shouldn’t have any problems right? Wrong apparently.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Good value and better than specialty coffee!!!
Good smoothies and amazing service
The workers took their time with me and were very nice. It was the first time visiting and they helped me get a wonderful smoothie without dairy and No nuts.
