I have been a member of this gym off and on the last five years or so and it’s great. It’s small but if you go at non-peak hours it is easy to access all equipment and has everything you need. I’ve always had amazing experiences with customer service as well. Whenever I wanted to start or cancel my membership it was taken care of really quickly. Thumbs up.
As a coastside resident based in Half Moon Bay, I thought about joining a gym over the hill with all the amenities. Thank goodness I did not because I found everything and only a bike ride away in Snap Fitness HMB. Coffee close by either before or after my workout. Friendly locals and the service is second to none led by Sharad!
It's a clean and well-run gym that is convenient for anyone who lives on the coast. It has pretty much everything you need despite being a fairly small gym - it has free weights, machines, a small stretching area, and cardio equipment, although it naturally lacks some other amenities that a much larger gym would have. 24/7 access is another big plus. Also, Sharad manages the gym very well, responds to emails quickly, and is quite friendly.
Staff is great and very easy to work with, they honor any special that is advertised and had no problem canceling when I moved out of state. The gym has everything you need and is rarely crowded. Being able to go anytime is also a huge plus!

It's a great gym. Disinfecting sprays are everywhere so you can clean the equipment when done. The equipment is always functioning, nothing dirty or damaged. Although a little small, it has good variety of weights to choose from.
Very good so far. Been out of town since I joined still out of town. Sharad is awsome! I was a member pre pandemic was not at all happy with snap. As the only game in town went back after vaccinated was expecting same treatment. Was extremely happy with Sharads honesty think things are turning around their. Look forward to a positive atmosphere. Thank you.
Be Very careful joining this gym! It is owned by corporate! as i tried numerous times to reach. Never got a call back or answer. Manager knows nothing. Can do nothing! I WAS ROBBED LITERALLY BY THEM TROUGH AUTOMATIC DEBIT AFTER WRITING A LETTER FOR TERMINATION! They still kept taken my money! I also spoke to someone who said they'd take care of my termination, Instead, they continued to take money and did not resolve it. When I called, there was no one to speak to. I tryd for weeks. All the store manager did was email them. But nothing! On top of all this. I never even joined. Gabe just had me sign a waiver. Unfortunately Gabe has been gone a while or he would of taken care of it.
It's a nice clean basic gym that is perfect for someone that doesn't want to pay over $100 for a workout a month on the coast. Love that you get 24 hour access and that the none of the staff is pushy.
Just asking about a day pass over the phone and the guy couldn’t be more rude
