Sneaker Politics

Ordered a pair of shoes online from Sneaker Politics. The left shoe had a defective insole, making the shoes unwearable. They would only issue a refund in store credit, and wouldn’t refund the high shipping cost. This might be alright if the screw up had been on my end, but if you ship me a defective product, a respectable company would make it right. Just a sketchy business with unethical policies - get your sneakers from somewhere else.

The store doesn't answer the phone at all . I ordered a pair of shoes on the online site and I called once they were open to see if they had it in store . Bur no one answered

THIS IS MY SNEAKER HAVEN. The customer service was legit despite Yelp reviews. The Lafayette team took care of me even when I ordered the wrong size. Exchange process was smooth and fast turnaround, especially when you pay $300 for kicks, you must have the right size. I checked UPS every minute once said out for delivery. Pretty exclusive too, which all sneakerheads love!!!!!! Check out the website and the Sales tab...pretty awesome deals. 100% authentic. Zero tier sneaker hub. I appreciate the solid given to me. The team understands the reason for buying sneakers regardless the season. One love SP!

Ask for Chance not to take away from any other employees, I just happened to be lucky enough for him to pick up the phone. This was my first time contacting the store, and was greeted warmly by Chance. After explaining the style and size of shoe I was looking for, he kindly asked if I would hold while he went to check his inventory. To my surprise, Chance was back on line within minutes to let me know they had what I wanted available. I said "lets do this!' and he took my information, processed my payment, and asked if there was anything else he could help with. My only response was to please let me know where I can post a review of his service, which I give a 10 out of 10! The entire call, from ringing to hanging up after the purchase was made, lasted 9 minutes and 39 seconds, this has to be a record! This guy made my day, and will do so again right when I get to open my new pair of kicks from Sneaker Politics. Sneaker Politics, I'd just like to say that you have a new regular customer; and you can thank Chance for that. I heard of you guys via word of mouth, and after my experience today, so will all of my friends.

Won a raffle, but when I woke up and tried to checkout, I was getting sold out message. They helped me and made sure I was able to complete my purchase.

Ordered from them and wanted to change a size of the shoe after the purchase. Emailed them no more than 7-10 min asking if they can please change the size before shipping, no reply. I called no answer. An hour later I get an email saying it's been shipped. Bad customer service! They had more than enough time to change the size of my order before shipping them. It's bad enough that they don't accept returns or exchanges. You've been warned.

I was looking all over Lafayette for Jordan's and they were the only one in stock. They also have good prices and great customer service.

Frequent the establishment, people that work there are nice. I believe they are a tier 0 nike account also, so they get some of the harder to come by stuff. They have a great selection of other brands as well.

Always top notch service since day one ! One of the cleanest, friendliest and up to date place you'll shop! Hats off to Derek and the crew over at Politics for always staying true and never changing !
