At a time of mourning and loss Snodgrass staff was absolutely accommodating in every detail from start to finish. Rich was amazing to work with, so compassionate, caring, and ministered to our broken hearts. LJ and his team made our goodbye to our loved one the most memorable day ever. Thank you so much Snodgrass, you were such a huge blessing to our family.

The funeral home was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They walked me through everything my first time handling any of the arrangements, made a lovely memorial video from photos I found of mom, gave us details on how to go about probate, and handled everything with her life insurance. Everything at the funeral ran smoothly and the minister we contracted through them took the time to understand who mom was and gave the perfect sermon.

I have known LJ and his family for over 40 years. I saw many times through the years the considerate, kind and compassionate service that he and all the employees of Snodgrass Funeral home provided to each and every family in their time of need. I have recommended Snodgrass funeral home many times over the years, and I will continue doing so .

They was very professional and understanding, their upbeat polite candor took the edge off of a very delicate and horrible experience.

I'm a South Charleston native and have attended services at Snodgrass, worked with Snodgrass, and know many of their team. They are great folks to work with—and truly care about serving others with excellence.

If you are going to blow thru a red light on Rt 60, please get a police escorts. When a vehicle is already in the intersection, they have the right away. Especially if they have a green light. Not even emergency vehicles are permitted to do that. Please get a police escorts next time. Rt 60 and Rock Lake Drive intersection 12:35pm 8 November 2020.

Closed coffin in front of family and guests. Very unprofessional. Should be done before or after service! Family never knew it was going to be closed and do you really think others who knew and loved him wanted to see that?

This is who we entrusted both my parents and my daughter with for their final arrangements. Very caring, thoughtful and understanding.
