I love this vet. They are the only vet I have been to that doesn't pressure you into treatments. They lay out the options, are up front about costs, and they are accommodating to your abilities cost wise and the pets needs. Other vets would give me a huge bill full of things and make me take things off to make it doable, making me feel guilty and they would give me looks like they SHOULD have all of this. Yeah maybe! I SHOULD have a lot of things myself but I'm making it more important to go to the vet.. This place shows you the options and talks to you before showing you the bill. They are up front, understanding, and honest. They helped me through my dogs last year's and helped me through his end of life. I recommend this vet to anyone. They are so caring and amazing. They really make it all about the animal and the owner. Also they never once brought up prescription diets! Which is a huge green flag! They aren't there for your money. They are there to care
My first time taking my dog to this vet I have to say I am beyond impressed with the staff and doctors. They were very considerate of financial situations, they made sure to answer all your questions, gave you clear estimates and made sure to go over any costs before doing anything which was very important to me. The clinic was very clean and put together. Will be taking my pets here from now on
Great staff, very knowledgeable. Open on Saturdays which is a huge plus most other offices are not. They were able to schedule me in on a short notice. Took care of my dog in his time of need and had him back to me safe and sound.
My dog is a rescue animal that has been taken to this vet by an amazing lady with Washington Bully Alliance. Unfortunately when I made an appointment for her to be seen they were not accommodating to me at all. As a matter of fact, I will never choose to bring my dog to this place again.
I’ve been going to this vet for the last year and they have really declined in quality of work and costumer service. They are always rude over the phone. Take forever to give me refills on prescriptions. And today was my last straw. I have two cats and the last time they have an apt they booked them for the same apt. This time they booked them for two apts separate and sent a confirmation for 11:30. I receive a call today at 11 and they said they scheduled them separately and one of their appointments starts at 11. They refused to either one of them even though it was 11:10 and my other cars apt was at 11:30 because the vet said she wanted to see them both at the same time. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS IF YOU WERE GOING TO TAKE THEM TOGETHER ANYWAYS? i have a cat with a urinary problem and I feel that they would have let one of my cats get the second apt they scheduled for the sake of my cats health. Not to mention they are always booked out a month and a half. So I’ll be going somewhere else. I would never recommend this place. They don’t care about animals they care about money and convenience.
They always find a way to get me in or even just allow us to drop off and see our pup when they can if it's an urgent matter. Our Pup and our selves are always treated well. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Snohomish Station animal hospital. All the veterinarians and staff are incredible. They really care. They've shown such compassion towards my fur baby's and to myself. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Quiet area, which is nice. The staff are very friendly and my dogs actually enjoy coming in to this office! Seems pretty affordable so far as well!
When my furbaby needs care I always go to Snohomish animal station for care. They all are so kind , he loves going to see them and I am confident with their excellent care. You couldnt find a better place to go.
