BEWARE OF RETALIATION!!! See below… The owner offered to have Helen removed while I picked up my son’s graduation gown but when she saw my 1 star review she told me she was trying to build a business and I should have never given her a 1 star review regardless of what happened and then told me to figure out how to get my garment back on my own and hung up on me. So I ended up having to call the police to help me get my son‘s graduation garment. We have been coming to Snow White Alterations for years and have recommended many people to this establishment. However, today will be our last day utilizing their services because their seamstress Helen was aggressive, unprofessional and argumentative after she was asked to make a small adjustment to one of my sons graduation gown sleeves because she hemmed one too short. Helen was on a personal phone call when we arrived so the owner’s son helped me. Myself along with the owner’s son noticed that one sleeve was longer than the other so he asked Helen to come to the front. After she greeted us very nasty, we tried to explain the sleeves were uneven but she began to deny it and argue with us. We asked her to make the adjustment and the owner’s son also noticed that it was wrinkled but we had paid for ironing so he asked her to re-iron the garment as well. Helen then told me not to complain, say or ask for anything else after she makes the adjustment and then proceeded to throw a safety pin at me while yelling and pointing a finger with the other hand. No customer should ever be assaulted or treated this way by staff.Service: Alterations

Being short I call it vertically challenged & big boned I call it fat, buying pants usually means needed future alteration. I need a large sized waist, but a shortened inseam. Now, I can expertly thread monofilament through a fishing hook in the wee light of the early morning, but when it comes to sewing, I'm not even mediocre. Hark! Here cometh Snow White for thy rescue! Making sure to arrive right before Snow White opens, I was greeted by Helen, the fairer half of this family-owned & operated business, smiling at me as she opened the blinds. Instantly, she made feel like I was at home with a friend. I let her know I wanted my pants hemmed and asked if she could complete it while I wait. Luckily, she agreed. She quickly did her magic, while we chatted away about Korean food & what not. Before I knew it, I was out the door with my perfectly fitting khaki slacks, complete with included plastic & hanger. Service was great. I barely waited at all, and that was mainly because a customer came in for pick-up. Helen acknowledged me, without any preconceived notions, and I thank her for that. Parking is via a shared private lot. Snow White, this dwarf is happy to have stumbled across you! The price was right, service was pronto & I'm quite happy with my altered pants. I'll make sure to request a quote for my next service there, whether it be another alteration or for dry cleaning. Highly recommend!
Helen hooked my daughter up for her special prom . She wanted a black velvet rose tail on her sparkly dress and she DID that !!!. Im glad went to Snow White Alterations to get my daughter dream dress !!!
$$$ I ordered a cape. I provided the materials and the pattern. They did a rush job and completed the job and charged me $100.00. it was ok. Next time I will not rush them.
The lady here is very nice, small place then what I'm use to but the prices are very reasonable . Overall I will be returning she gives off a very caring vibe which is what I look for when going anywhere
I had to fix a dress an urgent matter .. the owner of this place came thru... fast and well done... love it !!
