Great customer service and good prices on quality shoes. The staff here knows shoes, and can recommend the right shoes for you. They carry some shoes and brands that you can’t normally find at other shoe stores. Very spacious and there’s lots of room to try out your new shoes. There’s lots of free parking and it’s best to Google map this place because it off the main roads.
Amazing service and expertise! From the sales staff to the check out staff, they went above & beyond to assist! Ask for Javier aka joe to assist with your shoe needs. And karen at the check out counter. My feet are difficult to find a good fit in shoes with wide width, & joe made sure i not only chose shoes that i liked in style, but in comfort. You can also set an appt with an expert. They are a full service shoe store and especially designed for wide widths and difficult feet to fit. This place is a gem... so if you live even an hour away... it is worth the drive.
We brought our special needs son a pair of new balance from here. And they have worked amazing for him. We have had the hardest time finding him shoes before we found out about this place. The staff was amazing with us . We will be back to get new shoes for him.
No matter what your needs are, this is the place to go to get properly fitted shoes. My husband needs more toe space, my sister and I need arch support and we all got comfort too! Excellent relaxed service too!
Went to Snydermans to check in options for sandals. I have a weird size. I’m really between child and adult women sizes. Rich patiently helped me try on at least 10 different pairs! The prices are very reasonable considering the service you get! Rich was awesome and I’m going right back as soon as my custom orthotics are in!
This place is AMAZING... If you shop shoes anywhere else you're making a mistake. They treat veterans really well here also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Went to Snyderman shoe's today looking for new shoes for work, I have bad feet and will be on them all day, like other reviewers have stated, I was met by Joe who was extremely good at what he does. He measured my feet, I told him my needs and he went to work bringing me several options to choose from. I couldn't be any more pleased with the end result, the shoe's that I purchased are most definitely the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I ended up going with Hoka brand based on Joe's recommendation and I'm glad I did. When the need for a new pair comes I will definitely be going back to Snyderman shoe's. Please let Joe know that I really appreciate all his efforts. Joe is definitely an asset for your store. Thanks again for all your help, Frank
Rick snyderman works very hard to provide a much-needed service to people who have diabetic feet. He works tirelessly to make sure your shoes fit properly and that you're happy. I would recommend him greatly.
After 21 years, three kids, and two elderly parents with bad feet, today I walked out of this store for my very last time. I completely understand the challenges the Labor Market and the Supply Chain poses to local businesses, but how you chose to treat loyal customers speak volumes. Since November of 2021 I have been returning to my "Shoe Store" as a loyal customer, and every time, my treatment and customer services degraded. A month ago, a salesman shouted across the storeroom after I waited 30-minutes for sizing that I should not even try, just go home, there is nothing they could do for me. Today, once again, I was advised sorry, there is nothing they could do for me. No offer to order shoes, as they have done in the past, no offer of alternative shoes, just sorry, nothing we can do. Frustrated and needing shoes I returned home and ordered directly from New Balance. I was able to obtain the size I needed, the style I needed, and they will be drop shipped to my home. I wish you the absolute best of luck Snyderman Shoes Inc in these challenging times, the new Customer Service philosophy should serve you well!
I had a neat experience here. I actually had someone help me. And that included measuring my feet, getting and putting different shoes on my feet, and even tying them. Wonderful service. Probably the way things used to be in the past but rarely seen today. Got a good pair of new balances. Fits perfect lengthwise and width wise.
