Mom and I went to the Good Feet store yesterday. Lisa was absolutely amazing!!! We both ended up getting the whole package, including foot massages that mom said should come with Tequila. Lisa was patient, kind, and thankfully, liked mom's sarcastic personality. Wore my new shoes to walk the dogs this morning, LOVE them!!
I came in and met with Sherry in June of 2022. My wife already had inserts and was doing great but needed a new set. I had been having back problems most of my life but in October 2021 back pain and kidney stones were causing me to walk and stand like a Neanderthal person. All stooped over. Once I put them on I felt I could walk better. I had been in physical therapy twice a week. After a week of wearing them I no longer felt the need for physical therapy or for muscle relaxers. I would recommend the Good Feet Store and that you talk to Sherry. She will take good care of you.
Well from the time my husband, Nate and I walked through Good Feet doors it will definitely be a memorable one. Lisa greeted us with a smile and took care of business by getting to know us and listening to what our needs were. First of all we went there to get these Good Feet supports just for my husband. But, then as Lisa was taking care of Nate I ended up asking Lisa a whole bunch of questions and I truly appreciated how knowledgeable Lisa was. So, then not only did Nate get the 3-Step System I also got the 3-Step System as well as a pair of sneakers...LOL ~~ Lisa, we appreciate you and the rest of the crew for taking care of everyone that walks through those doors a little bent over and end up walking out standing tall...
I came into the store barely being able to walk. Lisa Waak waited on my husband and me and literally spent hours with us until we both went away with the perfect fit. Lisa was very pleasant, kind, and patient as we worked through our myriad feet problems. Already we are walking better, and I can’t wait until I can say I am completely pain free.
A big five stars from my mom and I. This place has excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa Waak as she was very patient, kind, and she made sure to get to the root of the problem with your feet. Definitely will be coming back!
I must have been bamboozled because my “free” evaluation ended up costing me $1800. I wish I would have just bought 1 set of arches but the salesperson made me believe that I had to have 3 sets. I realize now that I really just needed 1. Then salesperson said there would be $100 discount for the foot massager. No discount. Bad experience all around and then to find out there are no returns! BEWARE!
I've been a hairstylist for 15 years. Getting older and getting heavier , I noticed my feet hurt more at the end of the day. I went to another 'FOOT' store on accident ‍, and did NOT get the level of service I had seen on the commercial . I finally made it to The Good Feet Store and Derrick Hooked me up ‼ We did the walk test around the store and everything. My husband didn't want to take his OFF . I was Sold. Best decision ever. No pain at all at the end of the night. And the exchange a year later with David was Super Easy. I'm very excited and happy I finally bought my insoles. -->> And for those concerned about the price, it's pretty much just you "pre-paying" for your insoles for sayyy 15 years?? ‍ Just making it through the first year, working 12 hour days and not having to crawl home at the end of the night has been worth it for me. Try The Good Feet Store, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
The inserts that Lisa Waak, Good Feet Specialist recommended has alleviated my back pain. Lisa is a true professional and it was a pleasure to work with her. I am satisfied with the arch supports.
Just got my new "Good Feet" shoes! They feel great! I purchased the shoes and the non-Orthotics inserts for about two-hundred dollars. My heals and arches already have some relief, finally! Justin did a great job of explaining everything to me. He took his time and did not rush me. I DID NOT feel any pressure to buy something. The whole process took about one hour. Thank you very much Justin! I think these shoes will really help my feet.
