Amazing customer service & great prices on high-quality shoes! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and Olin specifically made this a fantastic experience. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well — Olin took the time to show me what I should be looking for in shoes and helped me find shoes that fit wonderfully. Both pairs fit better than anything I've worn in YEARS... I ended up getting both. Olin also helped my mother find a pair of shoes she thinks is excellent. I simply cannot say enough nice things about what an great experience we had. My wife will be going by for new shoes this week — I never thought I would have a shoe store that I would encourage others to use, but Peltz Shoes has won me over.
Placed an online order. They use a 3rd party payment processing service that automatically flags and cancels your order if the shipping and billing addresses differ. My billing address was correct and verifiable with the bank. My shipping address was also verified and correct. After placing the order, and being charged by my bank, I received an email from Peltz that my order was randomly flagged and cancelled because my billing and shipping address were different even though the online form allowed to list both. When I called customer service they confirmed their 3rd party automated payment system flags and cancels these orders and told me to "try again". No thank you. Now I have no shoes and my $ is tied up pending a refund in 3-5 days. I've never had this type of problem with other merchants when placing an order using my bank billing info vs shipping address. Their customer service is oblivious.
Great experience! This was my first time in the store and it won’t be my last! They have shoes in every price range and size. There was a note on the door explaining that they were short staffed but would do everything they could to assist. Well I never felt like I was on my own. A salesman checked in with me a few times and I was fine. Great store.

My husband found the running shoes he was looking for - Brooks Ghost at a good price. I have a very small foot and always have difficulty finding something that fits and that I like. I did find a nice pair of Toas sandlles that fit and I like. So, I am a happy camper.

I signed up for the $5 off promotion, and ordered a pair of shoes online. When I paid via paypal the transaction deleted my discount coupon. So I immediately emailed Peltz customer service to inform them that if the discount wasn't applied I would return the shoes on principal, feeling like I had been "bait and switch" scammed. No one ever responded to my email, but I have since received 13 and counting marketing emails from them. One of which I responded to and reminded them about the discount. My paypal account was charged the full amount without the discount and I never heard from customer service about either email . So I returned them on10/25. Still no credit so I called customer service today 11/06 and they informed me FedEx has them scheduled to receive them on 11/10, which will be 15 days after I dropped them off at the shipping facility. Way too much to keep track of to return a pair of shoes. Not to even mention that I had returned a different pair of shoes around the middle of October that I hadn't received credit for yet, and the customer service rep I talked to today told me they were received but didn't schedule the refund yet, and said he would do it now, over three weeks after I returned them. My only two experiences with them.
Bought shoes online. Had to return due to fit using their return label. No communication regarding returned items and no refund in at least 1.5 weeks. I sent the online customer service request twice, without any response, then decided to call. I have been on hold in "position 2 of queue" for 30 minutes and 27 seconds. AND NOW IT JUST DISCONNECTED ME. Customer service for online is not good. I just want info on my refund.

First, this store has an awesome selection of shoes. This purchase was a pair on sale & the young woman at "check out" was not familiar with the procedure to process the 30% off, plus I had a $10 birthday credit that I forgot to print & bring along--she went into my reward account for this purchase but did not mention the $10. It is my fault I failed to bring a copy but one would think if the account is accessed they could mention it & apply it. I feel the process could be a bit more customer friendly.
