Soccer Plus

Really disappointed! Bought a shirt for my son for Christmas that had a seam that came apart after two washings. Took it back to see if they could exchange it as this one was obviously faulty. Was told that because the 30 day return window expired there was nothing they would do. I didn't want to return it. Only wanted to exchange for one where the seam was not defective. I expected better customer service from a brick and mortar store. Really disappointed as I really wanted to like this store. It's too expensive knowing they won't stand by the quality of their products.

Horrible! Took over 3 months and tons of calls and e-mails to finally get uniform. Wrong socks were given with uniform. No one seems to know what is going on at this place and NEVER returns phone calls, e-mails are return occasionally with a "we'll look in to it." You would think with the ridiculous price I paid for this uniform I would have gotten it quicker and with much less work on my part. Not even an apology or compensation in any way for this awful service!

Best local soccer shop don't go to Dick's. Competitively priced with online stores. The staff are kind and honest. They did forget to tell me my order came in, but I remembered and called. No worries.

Best soccer shop I have been to. You guys are complaining about their website. It has not been updated in a couple years. If you want to get something go to the store and get it. They just need help on the site.
