My fiancé and I decided to visit this store as we prepared for our new move. Upon entering this establishment there were three employees at the front who did not acknowledge us. None of them were busy with other customers as we were the only ones in the store. Instead they were checking their email or on their phones. We walked around for a good 20 minutes before someone decided to greet us. I won’t be returning here.
It's biggely! It's huge, very big, and very great. Like no other sofa store you will ever see. It screams Merica!
I purchased a sofa a few years ago and was really pleased with its quality and the courteous service, so I recently purchased a chair. Excellent chair, and the courteous service continues. The sales person even sent me a weekly update on the progress of the chair.
Thank you to Alex Rossiter, who was patient and answered all our questions. The couch, loveseat and 2 chairs are comfortable and well made. Nice selection of materials.
The customer service was great. No one was over your shoulder’s harassing you while you were trying to shop. The young lady that assisted me gave me a few fabric pieces to match with my accessories at home, so I can make sure the furniture I was purchasing was the correct color. What amazed me was that I went in Sunday around 2 pm and I received at call at 7:25 am stating they were on their way to deliver my recliners. That really impressed me, especially having to wait so long at other stores for everything else. Also , I don’t live that far from the store and no i didn’t purchase any floor models The recliners are made with great quality. Satisfied Customer
I purchased a sofa from the Sofa Store and had it delivered in September, 2020, this was a new, factory ordered sofa, not a floor model. I had the sofa serviced in December. 2020 and again in January of 2021, the problem I am having with the couch is, the cushions are lumpy, uncomfortable, and the springs are sagging. There may even be a problem with the frame warping. The serviceman attempted to repair it and after the second attempt he said there is nothing more he can do. I talked to the store manager twice and they did not offer a remedy, they did offer a 20% discount on a new couch, but they would not take the original couch back. The store manager seemed not to want to be bothered and predetermined that she was not going to take the couch back. I would never buy from this store again and I will never purchase a Flex Steel product, their products are junk.

Our design consultant, George Kouimanis, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was never pushy. We compared your chairs with other stores and then came back to order. Our chairs arrived on time and the delivery process was the best I've ever been a part of, and I'm 71 years old! Thanks for a first class experience. We couldn't be happier.
Superior customer service from start to finish. Was informed of the wait time, but in our case, our items arrived earlier than anticipated. Weekly update emails were appreciated and helpful. Delivery was smooth. Sofa and chair appear to be well constructed and of good quality materials for the price. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the sofa is quite firm and not quite as comfortable as I expected. This may be due solely to my choice of sofas, but I'm not sure. In hindsight, may have preferred cushions that were separate rather than ones that were fixed in place. Time will tell about longevity, but for the $$ good for now.
