Great experience.  Jim Maher was very knowledgeable about the differences between each TV model.  He was able to answer all.our questions and was not pushy. Showed us the various models and let us take our time in deciding which model.we wanted. The TV was delivered within a days and mounted on the wall several days later.  Great experience all around.

The Big Screen Store was the best price for the 85 inch TV I was looking to buy. Jim Maher was great showing me the different models and sound bars. I bought the TV on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. They delivered and set the TV up with the sound bar in about 20 minutes. They made it so easy!! Thanks The Big Screen Store!

I am very pleased with my tv and additional piece of furniture from your store.  It looks great in my new home. Most importantly, the salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and likable.  I think  his name was Wade. I would truly recommend your store to family and friends in the future.

As soon as my husband and I walked in the door of the store, we were greeted, and our salesman, Wade, made the selection and purchase of our new tv fun and easy.  Delivery was prompt, and when the tv was discovered to be damaged, the crew removed it and returned with another one in perfect condition the next day.  Professional, friendly, excellent service.  Top store I'm happy to recommend!

Recently I visited the Glen Burnie location of the Big Screen Store. Wade Humphrey was very helpful by explaining the technology upgrades since my last TV purchase 7 years ago. He took the time to demo features and show me how to use the technology. This was my third TV purchase from the Big Screen Store and I would highly recommend them and particularly Wade Humphrey.

Acquired a rather large TV for the new property. Searched online and found the target model for the amount I wanted to spend. Considered CostCo and BestBuy, but in visiting Wade at the Big Screen Store, I knew I’d run with them.  He broke things down in plain language, game me time to compare his offerings including install and sound bar w/the competition and was clear and efficient throughout the process. Excellent communication skills.  Finished result is 100% what I was looking forward to when I imagined my home “entertainment center”. Zero regrets; would do business again w/them in a heartbeat.

Thanks to Wade and Charlie! Ordered TV Monday night from Wade and Charlie scheduled delivery and installation and it was mounted on my wall in less than 24 hours. Installers were thorough and very knowledgeable about the TV and its setup. thanks again!

After looking at several other stores, we found theRoom Store in Glen Burnie. Jim and Wade provided amazing customer service, which honestly, was the reason we purchased our home theater system from them. It was nice to have that one on one customer service experience where you, the customer seemed to matter. That was apparent throughout the purchase. They answered every question and we’re always responsive and helpful, even after the purchase. The Palliser furniture is amazing. So happy we chose you. Thank you.

Greeted at the door, shown the TV we wanted and setup delivery for when we wanted. Was kinda shocked there are no Tvs in stock within the store itself. They all have to be delivered. However the delivery team ensures that the TV is fully functional prior to leaving. Would definitely recommend!

I have bought two tvs from TBSS now. Happy both times.  They were very patient with me as I spent quite a bit of time playing with the different options in their showroom.
