Sol Cubano Restaurant

First time here, came with my Mom, she had a lechon sandwich and I had steak empanizado which was amazing! We shared an order of tostones de pollo, the chicken was juicy and tender. Also the hot sauce on the tables is really good, just a little kick. The guava and cheese pastries and empanadas are good too. Everything seemed fresh and everything had flavor, nothing is over seasoned everything is just right. Super friendly staff, very clean, reasonable prices

Great family owned Cuban spot! Food is delicious: Cubano, platanos,maduro, letcho.. so much more is hard to find in Sac, glad we found this place. Large portions. Fair price. Restaurant is clean and service is fast

It was DELICIOUS. Everything I tasted was extraordinary and authentic cuisine. Not americanized food. I had enough to take home and it was still delicious the next day.

I got the vegetarian plate. Rice, plantain, & salad. It was delicious! Looking forward to going back! The guava & cream cheese pastries were good. Not what I'm use to, but good. The yuca fries were also goo. The onion dip that comes with the yuca fries is a game changer! Amazing in the rice!Food: 5/5

Amazing! I miss Caribbean cuisine it's really hard to find out here and eating it made me feel like I was home again! Delicious, appropriately priced. Worth every penny!Food: 5/5

Sol Cubano is an unexpected and total DELIGHT!! Very friendly greeting as we walked in. Felt like coming into a home, fresh, clean, cozy and lovely. We ordered the oxtail. So absolutely filled with flavor from the first uber-delicious bite to the very last of it! Never have I had such a comforting beefy, tender flavor filled oxtail as this!! The rice with beans was just as amazing with a completely different array of mouth-watering goodness!! Tostones were the sweetest, tender and had just the slightest crunch!Everything arrived fresh and steaming hot! Nobody does that anymore! Amazing accomplishment. Loved their chilie sauce on the table - which Mama Mia needs to be sold separately as take home. If all this wasn't enough enjoyment, then came the flan. I guessed it would be good. I was NOT prepared that it was actual perfection! I could eat it all day!!! If it were possible to give Sol Cubano 10 STARS it wouldn't be enough. Go get some NOW, before I buy all the Flan.

So 1st off I am Cuban!! My Momma is the best cook in the world! Well these guys brought me to tears the food is so dang Great ! No joke, I had the Carne con papas and it was aaaaaaaawesome! I ordered 4 more meals to go and a Lechón Sandwich to go !!! Oh yeah and a box of Pastelitos for breakfast tomorrow!! Oh my !!! Muchísimas gracias Hermanitos cubano, verdad que me da tanta alegría comer comida de Mi gente. Un fuerte Abrazo.

I absolutely love this place. I used to come here years ago when I lived in the area. It was great to find that they are still open. It's the only Cuban place in town and it will not disappoint you.Food: 5/5
