You don't need years of yoga experience under your belt when you come to Solace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our yoga is accessible to all levels. Our commitment is to teach and foster the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga in a loving and community-based setting.
Yoga has and will be Melissa's first love, as it was what changed her life from being anxious and lost, to calm and confident. After years of practicing yoga, she then found the amazing benefits of practicing barre as well. Barre makes your legs shake, challenges your endurance, and puts control to the test all while focusing on proper form and body alignment to avoid strain and injury.
Yoga + barre are the perfect compliments for each other.
