I am so lucky I took my daughters computer to John. He was so thorough and honest. If you’re looking for someone who can fix computers and Is honest this is the place to go.

Although we ultimately did not elect to replace my parts through The Computer Doctor; John gave me a specific run down of the issue immediately and referred me elsewhere for a possible more involved solution. He was super quick, very informative and understood and shared the costs of replacement vs. buying a new device. He also had alternative options and referrals ready if I chose to go that way. He was fair, flexible and friendly. He clearly described the issue and gained my absolute confidence in his abilities. I would highly recommend John, The Computer Doctor, for device repair.

John is a highly skilled professional. He is passionate about providing extraordinary services. He is mindful of being efficient and timely in the services that he provides. He is very familiar with the impact on computer hardward when you live next to the beach. John was quick to respond and came to our home office to troubleshoot my computer. While he was here, he also checked on my laptop and both my desktop and laptop are working so much more efficiently. John has been working with me and my computers for many years.. He always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Usually arrives within the hour and doesn't charge much.... Seems like he is so passionate about what he does... always goes the extra mile. no problem he has not been able to solve!

John is knowledgeable and extremely competent.I'm tech savvy enough to recognize when a computer expert knows what he is doing. But, not so tech savvy that I don't need occasional computer help. We lost one of our shared drives and work at The Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce came to a grinding halt. We called John at The Computer Doctor who answered immediately, assisted in diagnosing the issue over the phone. After having no luck over the phone, John showed up at the office and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Now that's customer service!!! A+
