They never answer calls. It's so stupid. After many complains and this issue still hasn't been fixed!
Have an appointment today and got here early based on their request. The security officer stated that I couldn’t enter until 1 although their lunch hours display 12:45. Me and several other patients are sitting out in the cold and have been refused from sitting inside the lobby. For a place that doesn’t want you to get sick, sitting is 50 degree weather in rain outside is pretty inhumane and lackadaisical. I’ll be transferring after today because there’s no way I would allow anyone to sit out in the freezing cold like this while they sat and exchanged gifts at the front desk. Ridiculous.
They misdiagnosed my six-year-old son with a heart murmur. This led to a five-month delay and my son being able to see a dentist. Every time I go back to try and get the clearance from my son's doctor, they tell me I have to schedule an appointment to have my son checked, despite talking to the doctor and her telling me herself my son doesn't have a heart murmur it was an error on the doctors side. Here we are 5 months later still trying to get this clearance. Still getting the runaround. Don't bother trying to call they never answer the phone. I will never take my child back there. They gave me a truly stressful experience.
Do I really have to wait over an hour on hold just to make an appointment…. You can’t be serious
Worst place, they don’t know how to communicate with their call center and just waste your time.
Ive called multiple times and no body answers i spend about 30 minutes on hold trying to get someone to answer the phone. Its been MONTHS now.
I regret switching my kids and myself to these clinics i can never talk to anyone
