The Building Healthy Communities: Long Beach collaborative works to reduce health disparities and improve community health through systemic changes fueled by adult and youth resident engagement, collaboration and resource sharing, and strategic communication about community needs and solutions.
Central Long Beach will be a caring, engaged, inclusive, thriving, stable, green community where children, youth and families are healthy, educated, safe, supported, valued, economically secure and empowered in a healthy environment that embraces diversity.
